Chapter Fifteen : Atrocious Memory

"Baby no." Chris whined laying his head on Lotus' lap. Lotus was about to get up to get more popcorn, but Chris was being ignorant said he was too comfortable for her to move.

"Babe, I'm getting more popcorn. You're the one who said you wanted more."

"I change my mind. Stay right here." He sat up and repositioned himself and moved her to his lap. He wrapped his arms around her ,laying his head on shoulder.

     Out of nowhere, Lotus randomly felt the need to question Chris. She wanted to know if he has hid any other secrets from her. She wanted to know who she was in love with.

"Christopher, you aren't hiding anymore secrets from me, are you?"

     He thought for a moment. He couldn't tell her everything,but the could tell her a few choice ones. Which are other secrets he had never told anyone.

"Well.." He started. He didn't want to go back in time,but shit happens. "Before you, your brother's fiance was my nurse for some years." He knew her family quite well. Got along with them too because he had been around them so many times.

"Keisha?" Lotus asked. He nodded. "What did she do? To get fired?"

"And that, is what I'm about to tell you."

     He thought back some years. 14 year old him. The first day that Keisha had ever did that to him. He thought she was different from Lisa--a previous nurse who he had to deal with from the young age of 7. Lisa was his first nurse ever.

"I was about 12 when Keisha became my nurse. She was really nice, ghetto but nice. She has never treated me wrongly until I was about 14." Chris remembered.

    Everything he said came back to him. Like a picture before him, a vivid and live picture. Like he was living it over again. Something he didn't eat to do never again in this life.

    Lotus watched intently. She was eager to know what he was about to say so she could beat Keisha ass. She messed with her man so it seems like  a good excuse to.

"I was just chilling in my room one day and she came up. I knew what she was doing, but she didn't know I knew. I had to pretend like I was that boy who was retarded. "

"So she--" he cut Lotus off.

"Took advantage of me? Yeah, pretty much. And I never told anyone. I never told anyone about Lisa either."

"Who is she?"

"When I was six, she was my nurse. She molested and beat me from day one. Gosh it was so damn disgusting. I felt so violated .I still never bothered to tell. Lotus can we change the subject?" He asked because he felt himself growing a bit angry from those memories.

"Uh, yeah. I'm sorry for asking. I didn't know it would bring up stuff from you past."

"You good. Anything else you want to know while I'm telling you?"

"Have you ever had sex and actually enjoyed it?" Lotus quizzed. She wanted to know.

"Never. I slept with Mel a few times willingly, but I never enjoyed it. Not with anyone." He confessed.

"You know you're getting check before we ever have sex, right?" Lotus chuckled. Chris couldn't help but to laugh too.

"Yeah, I know."
