I'll find you before anyone else will do,
and reserve all of you for myself or,
maybe again, all of myself for you;
Maybe in another life,
I'll tell you how much I've loved you,
more than this life, this world and
myself, and how much I still do;
Maybe in another life,
you won't bound me in your promise
to never confess all my feelings or,
you might not suppress yours;
Maybe in another life,
I'll freely hold your hands and waist,
caress your hair and cheeks and
maybe you'll allow me to kiss your lips;
Maybe in another life,
I'll be the one whom you love and
while looking in my eyes, you'll tell
me those three most awaited words;
Maybe in another life,
I don't have to pretend 'just a friend',
while you will call me your sweetheart
and I will call you — my beloved;
Maybe in another life,
I'll embrace you for such a long time,
that even death will be desperate,
and impatient for us to separate;
Maybe in another life,
'You' and 'I' will finally turn into 'We',
where you will be with me in reality,
not just in my proses and poetries;
Maybe in another life
I will come again with the same love
and then, finally, after an eternity,
there won't be anymore 'maybe'!
