Until I found HER

Again and again....

We tend to fall in love again, and again, and again,
and that's the natural phase of life,
where we meet thousands of people
of different names,
of different personalities,
of different vibes...

And then we start relating, debating and comparing — the similarities and the contrasts in between,
and term it as "LOVE",
even if it's not, but that's what we call it until, we can't fall for anyone, anymore, and there,
we fall again, for the one last time,
knowing that there's no coming back...

But that particular love holds that strength—
to cherish us,
to make us feel loved,
to release us from every pain,
to heal our every scar and,
almost becomes an inseparable part of ours but— 'almost'...

Here, the difference is just that—
I also met thousands,
became close with hardly five or maybe ten,
but fell for that only 'one'...

This love taught me—
to wait,
to stay,
and,
to pray...

This one is the version of all the love
that was hidden somewhere inside me up till now,
But then, realisation hits me—
it is never meant to be mine...

I hide in a corner,
cried a bit,
correction — a lot,
took a deep breath
and realised that I still have two ways,
whether to never fall again or,
to be like others who fall again and again and again...

And there I chose the second one,
and fell all over again...

Now everyday,
every hour,
every minute,
every second,
with every single breath of my lungs,
with every single blink of my eyes,
and,
with every single beat of my heart...

I fall again,
and again,
and all over again,
and each and every time with that —
'One' again!
