Heeseung stood at the sink, scrubbing away at the mountain of dishes that seemed never-ending. The warm water and suds didn't do much to ease his exhaustion, but at least it kept him busy. He was deep in thought, almost zoning out, when the door to the kitchen swung open.

"Ugh, I'm so fucking done with today," Jay muttered as he stormed in, rubbing his eyes in frustration. His shirt was slightly untucked, his hair messier than usual.

Heeseung, amused, looked up from the sink and chuckled. "Rough day, huh?"

Jay shot him a withering look. "Don't laugh at my pain."

"Sorry, can't help it. Your misery is just too entertaining." Heeseung grinned, drying his hands off on his apron.

Jay rolled his eyes, leaning against the counter with a groan. "Whatever, man. You wouldn't understand. You're too busy being all loved up with Jake these days."

Heeseung raised an eyebrow, his grin widening. "Loved up?"

"You know what I mean," Jay said, waving him off. "Congratulations, though, for finally getting yourself a boyfriend."

Heeseung opened his mouth to respond with a quick "Thanks," but froze mid-thought. His smile faltered as the realization hit him like a ton of bricks. Boyfriend?

He had just noticed. He never actually asked Jake to be his boyfriend. They had fucking confessed, kissed for an uncountable amount of times and literally shown each other they wanted each other, and badly.

Heeseung snapped out of his daze, shaking his head slightly. "What about Jungwon? You've been all lovey-dovey with him lately."

Jay's face lit up, and a smirk stretched across his lips as he looked up, lost in thought. "Oh man, Jungwon is honestly the best thing that's ever happened to me. He's sweet, funny, and just...perfect. I swear, I can't get enough of him."

Heeseung leaned against the counter, crossing his arms and smiling fondly at his best friend. He loved seeing Jay so happy, and he couldn't help but feel a little envious. "That's great to hear. I'm really happy for you, Jay."

"Thanks, man. It's nice to finally have someone who gets me." Jay glanced over his shoulder, making sure no one else was around. "But enough about me. Have you and Jake—"

Before Jay could finish, Heeseung interrupted, "Please don't ask me if we've had sex or not."

"Why not? You're dating now, right?" Jay grinned, leaning closer with that mischievous glint in his eyes.

Heeseung groaned, turning back to the dishes, trying to avoid the conversation. "I mean, we've been getting a little frisky, but that's about it. I've given him a few orgasms, but otherwise, no."

Jay raised an eyebrow, his interest piqued. "So you're telling me you've held back on the best part? Dude, you need to change that. Do you want to fuck him or not?"

"Hell yes I do," Heeseung replied, the words tumbling out before he could filter them. "I haven't even touched him like that yet. It's driving me insane."

Jay laughed, throwing his hands up in surrender. "Well, there you go! Just tell him how you feel, and I'm sure he'd be down for it."

"Yeah, I guess..." Heeseung trailed off, lost in thought as he contemplated Jake's adorable smile and the way he felt when they were together.

"Look, I gotta run. Duty calls," Jay said, clapping Heeseung on the shoulder. "Just think about it. You know I'm rooting for you."

With that, Jay dashed out of the kitchen, leaving Heeseung alone with his thoughts. He turned back to the sink, but his mind was now filled with images of Jake. He could picture those playful smiles, the way Jake would lean into him, and the heat of their kisses.

The thought of taking their relationship further sent a thrill through him. But then again, would Jake even want that? Heeseung sighed, turning the water off and leaning against the counter, lost in his thoughts.
