Me and Billie are so excited.
"I'm home!"
"I'm in here!" I call out to Billie.
She walks in the room and comes over to me. She hugs me and kisses my head. "Hi, Lovey."
"Hi." I smile. "I got you some snacks. I know you were hungry." Billie says, handing me a bag. "Thanks, B." I grin at her. "Anytime, baby." She replies.
I look through the bag and take out a snack before I start eating it.
For some reason, this trimester, I've been craving Chex Mix. That's quite literally all I eat most of the time.
"Ugh, you're the best." I say before popping some into my mouth. "Anything for you." She smiles sweetly.
Billie leans down and kisses my stomach. "How's he doing today?"
"Good. He's been kicking a shit ton." I chuckle. "It feels so weird. I just want this pregnancy over with already."
"Only twelve more weeks." She reminds me. "I know." I sigh. "Thanks for the reminder."
"You're so welcome." She smiles proudly.
Billie lays down on the bed with me and rests her head on my shoulder. "I missed you."
