A week later...

Today is the day we've all been waiting for-a trip to the mountains! I can hardly contain my excitement as we set out for a day filled with adventure and laughter. It's going to be so special, surrounded by the people I love the most: my mom and dad.

"Are we ready for some fun?" I ask, glancing at my parents with a huge smile.

"Absolutely!" my dad replies, his eyes sparkling with excitement.

"I can't wait to see the lake and enjoy the fresh air," my mom adds, her enthusiasm contagious.

I know this trip will create beautiful memories together.

It's been two days here, and the network is so bad that I can't connect with Rohan much. But honestly, it's okay. There's something refreshing about being away from it all; it makes me realize how much we all need each other. Haha!

We've been playing games and going on adventures together, and I can't help but notice the love my parents have for each other. I've never seen them so affectionate before. It's heartwarming, really. I've taken thousands of pictures, capturing every moment of joy and laughter.

One evening, as we sip on hot tea by the lake, the sun sets, painting the sky in hues of orange and pink.

"Isn't this beautiful?" I say, taking a deep breath of the crisp mountain air.

My mom smiles, "It really is. Moments like these remind me of our early days together."

Dad chuckles, "You know, every relationship has its ups and downs. But love always finds a way."

I look at them, curious. "What were some of the difficulties you faced?"

My mom pauses, her eyes reflecting the setting sun.

"We've had our share of challenges, but we learned to communicate and support each other through it all. That's what love is about-standing together, no matter the storms."

Dad nods in agreement. "And you'll face challenges too, Sona. Just remember, it's about growing together and never losing sight of what brought you together in the first place."

I said...yes dad

It's time to say goodbye to the mountains, and I will miss them so much. The beauty of this trip has been overwhelming, but now we're on our way back home.

As we drive through the winding roads, the road is bit slippery. Thankfully, Dad is a great driver. It's late at night, and the darkness surrounds us, with only the occasional beam of headlights piercing through. Mom isn't feeling well, and I can sense her unease.

"I'm really tired," I think to myself, trying to fight off sleep. The soothing sound of the engine lulls me into a nap.

Suddenly, I'm jolted awake by a loud crash.

"What's happening?" I scream internally. In a matter of seconds, my whole world collides into chaos. I look around in shock. Dad and Mom are both injured, and I can feel the sharp pain radiating from my belly and legs. My body is bruised, but the panic is worse. Our car is precariously teetering on the edge of the road. I can't breathe.

"Oh my god!" I cry out, tears streaming down my face. "Dad! Mom! Say something!" My voice trembles as panic consumes me.

I can barely think straight. I manage to force myself out of the car, ignoring the pain in my body. "Help! Somebody help!" I shout, but the mountain road is silent. There's no one around.

"Dad!". I see my dad slumped over, and I can barely process the sight. "Hang in there! I'm going to get you out!" With all my strength, I pull at him, desperate to get him free.

But just then, I hear a terrifying sound-metal scraping against rock. I look back in horror as the car starts to slip down the mountainside. "No! No! The car!" I scream, my heart pounding in my chest.

"Mommmmm!" I cry, but it's too late. The car tumbles down, taking my hope with it. I fall to my knees, helpless and paralyzed by fear. "Mommmmmm!" I scream, my voice echoing into the night.

As the realization hits me, darkness begins to close in around me. My vision blurs, and I feel myself slipping away.
