December 24th | Atlanta, GeorgiaFaye lifted her head and peeked over to Jarvis who was still fast asleep. One his arms were laid across her waist while the other rested in his boxers. He always slept like that, but she never asked any questions.
She slowly moved his arm so that she could get out of bed. She heard the moderate snoring lighten up, but then it went back to normal.
In order to get some peace and quiet in the mornings, she always had to sneak out of bed. Before stepping out, she stroked his hair and laid a light kiss on his slightly parted lips.
She finally got out bed. She adjusted her lace panties to where her buttocks were covered and grabbed her phone off of the nightstand.
Since her boyfriend was still fast asleep, she left the curtains closed and made her way into their bathroom. She flicked on the light, seeing her breathtaking reflection.
Despite the headscarf and bonnet on her head, the cheap tank top that displayed everything underneath, etc, she was still so beautiful.
She made sure to close the door behind her before walking over to turn the shower on. They had a relatively quiet shower. It was very important that everything was quiet at the moment.
Because they were hosting the Christmas Eve party at their house this year, she still had a a bit of cleaning to do. She would not be the one with the dirty house.
She had spent all of the previous day cleaning the guest bedrooms and bathrooms, the closets, the sunrooms, and everything else. Today, she would just do a wipe down of everything before she got ready for their guests to arrive.
All of this has been said to say, she wanted to do it alone.

"It's another Christmas holidayyy," Faye sang along to Boys II Men's Let it Snow scrubbed the marble counter down.
She so stressed but so excited. She was so glad to be able to throw the parties at her house with her man. This was the life she dreamed for.
She wanted everyone to like their gifts and enjoy the company of family. Even the messy ones.
"Baby!" she heard Jarvis call out. That meant he was up and knew he was getting put to work.
"Yes?" she answered, still focused on cleaning the counters and appliances. Their house was never dirty, she was really just overthinking it at this point.
He walked in the kitchen and up behind her. Before she could turn around, he smacked and grabbed her ass.
"You told me I gotta go to the store yesterday. What all we need?" he asked, still letting his hand roam everywhere it wasn't supposed to.
She used the little bit of space she had to face him. "Great question. Open your notes,"she said. He grabbed his phone out of his pocket and went to his notes app.
"Okay. We need Dixie plates and red Solo's. The really big packs. The Hefty togo boxes in really huge pack. Go to Costco. Plastic silverware. Preferably the strong clear ones or the ones that look real. Again, huge pack, maybe even two..." she said.
