Ayesha's POV
."So? What do you think Miss Ayesha?" Mr Hamdani asked with a smile
"It's Mrs Ayesha" I said flatly.
"You are married?" Mrs Hamdani's surprised voice echoed in the hall.
"Yes" I nodded looking at him with doubtful eyes.
"You don't look married" Mr Hamdani said
"Yes, because she recently got married" Reem jumped in between our conversations.
"Oh ok" he nodded.
"We love this place, and I think it's going to be an amazing place for the party, let us start preparing, then we will get back to you" Reem passed them a small smile
"Excellent! Please keep us posted" Mrs Hamdani said getting excited.
"Sure thing, we must leave now" Reem said, then we both bid goodbye to them and head out.
"Was that necessary?" Reem asked as we walked towards the car.
"What?" I asked nonchalantly
"It's Mrs Ayesha" she mimicked me
"I don't want to take any risk, I have already been accused once" I scoffed.
"I'm sure a forty five year old married man wouldn't be a threat for you, come on, loosen up" she smiled at me, I just shook my head.
Reem and I came to the Hamdani's house because we have been given a task to organise a housewarming party, we came to see the house so that we arrange things accordingly
We came into the car parking, I was lost in my thoughts, Reem held my arm and pulled me towards a car, we settled in.
"I don't understand why you have brought Izhaan's car, it's weird to be here" I said.
"I told you there is an issue with my car, I have to send it to the service centre" she sighed
"I'm telling you Reem, you need to get yourself a new car, that one is definitely jinxed, it has been troubling you since you bought it" I said.
"No way, that's my first car, I won't lose it ever" she shook her head
"Suit yourself" I rolled my eyes.
"What's the issue with you? Why are you spitting fire?" She asked
"Nothing" I exhaled
"Ayesha yaar, listen to me, stop being upset with Athar, it's affecting you badly, it's been a week since that party night, for how long you are going to stay mad at him" she put her hand on mine. I just sat quietly.
"If you really think about it, Athar is not wrong, I think I should also follow it, going out alone with someone just because he is our client, is not correct, and being friendly is also not right either, and don't forget he guessed it right, Shayaan did have feelings for you" she said.
"Oh shut up Reem, I am angry at Athar and I want to stay mad, I want to bitch about my husband with you, so please stop giving me logic and say what I want you to say, I want something stupid and reckless" I rolled my eyes.
"Ok fine. You want stupidity, right?" She asked, I nodded, she smiled impishly. "What the hell does Athar think about himself! Who is he to tell how to behave at the workplace" she shouted, I suppressed a smile.
"Absolutely! He should focus on his work, not mine" I said.
"You know what you come over to stay at my place tonight, we'll have fun, you will feel better" she suggested
