"I've crossed the line. I shouldn't have said what I said."

Awkwardness hang in the air of silence. Yoongi and Jimin could feel it.

"What you said was the truth, hyung." He said and started to dry the dishes with the towel.

"What I said was offending." Yoongi looked at Jimin while the youngster was drying the dishes.

"The truth is sometimes offending." He said. And it pushed him to do better as a vocalist. He practiced like a madman after Yoongi mentioned his mistake in one of their performances. "You don't have to keep on apologizing, hyung."

"This is the longest that you are avoiding me. You are not talking to me. You are not even looking at me."

Jimin put down the plate and looked at Yoongi. Their gazes locked.

For the first time in weeks, Jimin has seen his hyung's eyes again. And he felt something.

"I'm looking at you now, hyung." Jimin whispered. His gaze didn't leave Yoongi.

"I'm so sorry, Jiminie."

Jimin smiled.

"If you want to apologize, then  apologize for like...21 times...." Jimin pouted and start counting using his small fingers.

"Stop acting cute." Yoongi nodded and smiled.

Jimin saw Yoongi's smile and all the tension vanished in the air.

"Stop asking for apology too." He retorted still pouting. "Your sorry is not needed, hyung. When you do that, you are not Min Yoongi anymore."

Jimin went back to drying the dishes. Then, silence.

"We stopped talking, didn't we? Why did we stop talking?" Yoongi asked.

"I was just here all the time, hyung. But you went far away." Jimin barely whispered but Yoongi heard him.

Yoongi did not react. It was true. Although the group had been getting more popular locally and internationally, Yoongi  still feel lost and empty. He was not himself for the past months. After they did the interview, everybody went quiet about how he expressed himself. He was so messed up it affected some of their rehearsals. Jimin became the toll of his anger.

Jimin thought it's about time to ask Yoongi. He is scared but there was no turning back.

"Would you really throw yourself away, hyung?" Jimin murmured his thoughts.

He wanted to ask Yoongi since that interview. He wanted to tell him that he will be all ears for him, that he can tell him anything, but Yoongi built a wall after that interview.

Yoongi sat on the kitchen counter. He looked at Jimin. But he didn't say a word. Jimin stayed quiet after putting all the clean dishes on the cabinet. He turned on the coffee maker, then got two coffee mugs at the cabinet. He is not going to force Yoongi to tell him. He just wanted to listen.

There was silence in the kitchen except for the sound coming from the coffee maker. He poured coffee to Yoongi's favourite mug and handed it to him. He also poured some for himself and then sat at the kitchen counter facing the older.

"Hyung..." Jimin barely whispered and looked at Yoongi.

Yoongi looked at Jimin. Worry all over his face. This is the Jimin that he likes to tease and to bicker with.

"Would you promise to talk to Jin hyung or Namjoon hyung or to anybody? It doesn't matter if it's who just...?" He waited for a moment for Yoongi to answer. They were still looking at each other.
