It was time to forgive, let go, and heal. There was no turning back. Jimin vowed to himself. He promised to Jin, Namjoon, and Jk that he will stop crying and blaming the past. After his heartbreaking talk with Yoongi, Jin thought it was the right time to tell Jimin the truth. He could sense that Yoongi won't have the chance to face Jimin again. He asked Namjoon to reveal what happened. How the company used the photos of Jimin and Yoongi's rendezvous in New York to coerce Yoongi to sign the contract. It saved the group, but it also forced Yoongi to lie to him, eventually ending their relationship.
It wasn't Yoongi's fault, neither yours, Chim. Time was just not friendly to both of you. Namjoon told him that it's useless living in the past because it cannot be undone. Both of them sacrificed their love for their dreams, for the group and their love for each other. Jimin asked Jin if he could cry for the last time. And they let him be. He cried until the very last drop of his tears.
The main door of the flat opened and came out Aera, Jimin's younger sister. Piles of thick books both on her arms, with a paper cup of coffee on top of the books, paper bags hanging from her hands. She smiled to Jin, Namjoon, and JK. The four were at the table near the window having their tea.
Since he left Seoul, Jimin has lived with Aera. His sister had been his rock for the past three years. She has been living in London at the age of 19 to pursue her studies. His parents especially their mother did not agree, nevertheless she gave her blessings.
"Jiminie hyung I got all the things that you need". Jimin stood up and took the coffee on top of the book, then got back to where he sat. Aera put the books on top of the coffee table and the paper bags.
"Hi guys." She smiled to Namjoon and Jin showing her little dimples.
"Aera got your dimple, chim." Jin commented.
"Do you need coffee guys? I can run and get you some. I swear they have the best coffee in town." Aera asked then looked at JK.
"Guk, want coffee?" Jimin asked JK.
"You call JK, Guk? " Aera looked again at JK eyeing him. "He doesn't look like an anime. Look at his muscles and shoulder. You don't even have half of what he has, brother. He is so hot I could burn."
Jin and Namjoon laughed out loud. Her candidness was refreshing. It reminded them of JK in his younger days. The youngest maknae looked back at Aera mouth wide open. His ears red.
"Aera! Your mouth." Jimin frowned at his sister.
"What? Am I not allowed to admire him?" Aera fixed his eyes on JK. "Is he taken, Namjoon hyung?" Aera turned to Namjoon.
"He is single as far as I know." Namjoon shook his head smiling big.
"What a boring life you all have?" Aera rolled her eyes at them making Jin and Namjoon laughed again.
"And as far as I know, you are not allowed to have a boyfriend till you get your degree and unless you ask me for permission." Jimin looked at Aera.
"Is Yoongi hyung coming?" Aera asked out of nowhere. Jin and Namjoon looked at each other.
"Geeeeez! You've been crying for him for three years. He's divorced, brother. Your tears won't bring him back. Move your ass and get him." Aera turned and headed towards the door. Namjoon and Jin held their breath. JK, still stunned, was just gazing at her. He could clearly see himself in her. It was like a mirror.
"Aera!" Jimin scowled. Aera turned back.
"What? You love him, fight for him again. I don't know what's keeping you from getting the man that you love. Fuck the haters. Your fans love you for you."
