I. Beginning

Jimin has tried so hard to ignore Yoongi during their rehearsals, photo shoots, interviews, and even in their stage performances. He made sure he was distant from him. For the past years, he has been used to Yoongi's teasing and sometimes "mean" remarks. It's a well-known fact that they bicker on and off camera. Fans of their band labelled them the Tom and Jerry. 

Namjoon approached Jimin while they were on break from their dance practice for their upcoming single Black Swan.

"You can tell me, chim."

Jimin frowned but didn't say a word.

"You are literally avoiding, Yoongi. We can feel the friction."

"I'm not, hyung". Jimin sighed.

"C'mon, it's not as if we are a new group. We've been together for years now. You literally took all of his savagery all these years. You know Yoongi more than all of us know him. He is so open and honest with you."

Jimin nodded. "I don't think that is true, hyung. But what we both know Guk and Tae are his favorites."He sighed and looked at JK and Tae at the corner.

"Do I hear jealousy?" Namjoon let out a laugh. "They are the youngest and I think he just want to spoil and be a hyung to them."

He was not jealous of JK and Tae. He both love the two. But he can see the difference on how Yoongi treats JK and Tae.

"Don't worry, you are Hoba's favorite and mine as well. Just don't tell Jin hyung that I told you that." They both laughed.

"I know you will find a way. Hyung has a soft spot for you and I know you know that." Namjoon pat his head.

After their argument few weeks ago, Jimin decided to stay away from Yoongi.

"Hyung, you didn't get it right. This-"

"Shut up!" Yoongi shouted. Jin and Namjoon looked at Yoongi.

"Hyung, I--"

"Just shut up. You talk as if you don't commit mistakes. You were out of tune in our last performance. So, Just shut up."

Jimin was speechless. He didn't expect to hear that from Yoongi. He was struck by the truth and it was too much too handle. He has no intention to point out Yoongi's mistake. He was actually trying to help him get the choreo.

"Min Yoongi!" Jin shouted. That was Yoongi's cue. He tried to calm himself.

It was good that all the back up dancers, their managers and some staff already went home.

"I didn't mean to offend, hyung. I wanted to explain and help. And I'm sorry for my mistakes last week. I swear, I am trying so hard to give my best." There was a crack in Jimin's voice. Then, he walked silently towards the exit of the dance room.

Tae, JK, Hobi, Namjoon were all shocked. It was the first time that they heard Yoongi shouted.

"You've crossed the line, Min Yoongi." Jin was still angry. And when he is angry, nobody dares to talk, not even Namjoon.

JK and Tae both ran and followed Jimin.

"I'm not trying to avoid him ,hyung. I'm trying to avoid situations. I don't want our fans to think and say things against Suga hyung and me. I hope you guys won't be bothered by it."

"We fight, we argue, we reconcile. Everything is normal. I'm just worried how long are you guys..."

"I get hurt, I get sensitive, I get offended sometimes.I promise to talk to him, hyung. Not ASAP. But promise I will reach out. Just want to focus with the solo song too."

Jimin reassured Namjoon.  He put his water bottle next to Namjoon and went to the center of the dance studio to join JK. The dance coach instructed Jimin and Jk to start their main part for the choreography.

"Do you want Suga hyung to kill me?" JK whispered. He was trying to drown out the background music.

"What the hell are you talking about?" Jimin whispered back. They were whispering while doing their choreography.

"Your face is too close to mine. If we look at the camera angle now, we are already kissing. This is not part of of the choreo" JK added.

"I am making it look like we are the black swan and white swan." Jimin explained.

"Well, don't use me Jiminshi coz I don't like how Suga hyung is looking at us now. He is mad jealous and angry."

"Stop imagining things, Jeon Jungkook. Why would he be jealous? Is it because I'm paired with his most favorite vocalist?"

JK almost went out of balance when he heard Jimin's words.

"Are you jealous that I am his favorite?"Jk asked. Jimin was stunned.

"He likes you goddammit. " JK almost shouted. "You are too naive for a 25 year old."

"I am not naive. And I told you to stop thinking those things. I'm going  to tell Aunt."

"Goodness, I'm 23. I have hormones and I can tell when a guy likes a woman or another guy."

"Gees, he doesn't even like me as a maknae. You are his fave. That's for sure. All these years he can't go on a day without spewing words at me. If his words are fire, I could have been burnt a long time ago." It was suppose to be a joke but JK did not laugh.

"Are you fighting guys?" the dance coach asked after stopping the music. He saw JK and Jimin as if shouting and arguing over something.

All that didn't escaped Yoongi's eyes. He had been watching Jimin since they started their rehearsal. He was as usual given the difficult choreo for the Black Swan. He even has a solo dance performance for the song.

Jikook had been the loudest ship of their group aside from TaeKook. Yoongi saw Jimin and JK exchanging words at the corner with the dance coach. The dance coach agreed with how Jimin interpreted and danced with new choreography while looking at the recorded video.

When Jimin looked at the direction of Yoongi, he wanted to believe JK but he brushed the thought away and avoided Yoongi's eyes once again.

"I'm sorry. I know I've crossed the line."

Jimin looked up and was surprised to see Yoongi at the entrance of the kitchen. He volunteered to do all the dishes after their dinner. It keeps off his mind from overthinking when he is busy. Everybody went to their room, so he turned off the light in the living room and dining area. The plate almost slipped off his hands when he heard a voice. It was Yoongi.

"I'm sorry." Yoongi walked towards him and leaned at the counter.

Jimin didn't look directly at Yoongi but he turned to him to acknowledge his presence. He tried to smile then went back to washing the dishes.

"What are you  sorry about,hyung?" Jimin asked softly.

"For being a jerk."
