Months passed, a fansite with a huge following posted a photo and several videos in different angles of Jimin hugging Yoongi in their recent concert. It had mixed reactions. Some called it a fan service. While those who like the dynamics of the two Idols and have been following the band started the hashtag #Yoonmin is back and this time it's for real.
The hashtag went viral for days. Videos and pictures from different fan cams circulated on X, Instagram and other popular platforms. Topic on sexuality of Idols resurfaced and led to heated online debate. There were homophobic remarks. There were even threats towards Yoongi and Jimin. Mostly, it was Jimin. Fortunately, a lot of fans were accepting and even defended Yoongi and Jimin from harsh comments. The members of the band were not new to these issues. They just shrugged them off and ignored these issues as they were busy preparing for their next tour.
A specific article online caught Jimin' attention. The writer concluded that South Korea is not yet ready for Idols who belong to the LGBTQ community nor will it be in the future. The writer even wrote specifically that no rapper who is gay or bi exist in South Korea. That hit Jimin so hard. He didn't know it will have that effect to Yoongi. There were no other rapper involve in any issues at the moment except for Yoongi. Jimin was certain the writer was referring to Yoongi. He finished reading article with a sad heart. It hurt him knowing the current issue might hurt Yoongi or their band. With a heavy heart, he went out of his room to find Yoongi.
The older was at the kitchen busy preparing for dinner. There was no one at the living room. Jimin quietly walked towards Yoongi then he slipped his hands on his boyfriend's waist wrapping the older in a tight hug. Yoongi could hear Jimin's heavy sighs. He turned around and gave Jimin a quick peck on his cheek, then kissed the younger on the lips sweetly.
"I'm so sorry, hyung." He softly apologise.
"For what?"
"I should have been careful. I promise I won't do that next time."
