When I got back to the dorm, the door barely clicked shut behind me before Wendy's voice echoed through the living room.
"Are you dating someone?"
This woman.
"No, why?"
I asked.
"Because you've been smiling like an idiot since you walked in.
Joy smirked from the couch.
"I was not smiling like an idiot!"
I shot back.
Seulgi, perched by the kitchen counter, gave her a knowing look.
"Sure, you weren't, Unnie You just came home grinning like you won the lottery."
Was I smiling like an idiot?
"I was just... happy about groceries?"
Right?
Anyone?
No?
Fine, I was thinking about Lisa.🙄
"We're just joking,"
Wendy said, trying to suppress her giggles.
"But seriously, you're glowing. Spill."
I huffed and waved them off.
"You're all imagining things."
I couldn't possibly tell them about...Lisa.
Once inside my room, I leaned against the door and exhaled.
"Miss Fiona..."
A small smile crept up on my face.
Wait, what does that even mean?
A quick Google search, I found out it means white and beautiful.
Aaaaaaaah no one has this much impact on me.
That tall, annoyingly attractive woman came flooding back. I couldn't help but laugh.
Her crystal-grey eyes,
her short hair, and that charming smile...
Ugh, she was so annoying. But also, it's kind of cute.
Wait. Am I... crushing on this stranger?
Realization hit me like a truck.
It was the first time I felt something like this, especially for a woman.
"Am I... 'Lisexual' now?"
I slapped my forehead.
"Get it together, Irene!"
But no matter how much I tried, I couldn't stop thinking about The way she blushed, the way she stuttered when she realized she'd confessed to talking to my photo.
"Stop it!"
"You just met her, and she stole your cream. End of story."
"Maybe... I'll run into her again,"
"Miss Fiona..."
The night was buzzing as the team prepared for a raid at one of the city's high-profile clubs. The intel had come from an anonymous tip-off, and though there was a sense of urgency, they all knew Jennie would run things like clockwork.
Jennie sat in the command center next to Yuna, who was scanning the CCTV feeds from inside and around the club.
"Inspector Yuna, keep your eyes sharp on those cameras. We don’t know who or what’s waiting inside,"
