Killian, the notorious dark cupid, had always thrived in his shadowy realm of mischief and dark love. His existence was untroubled until a new love cupid appeared on the scene, radiating an aura of purity and charm that grated on Killian's nerves. Determined to have a little fun at the newcomer's expense, Killian decided to make his move.

From his vantage point in the sky, Killian spotted the new cupid and flew down with a self-assured grin plastered across his face. Initially, he assumed the newcomer was a female, and he prepared himself to deliver a charming line. However, upon closer inspection, he realized his target was actually male.

Undeterred, Killian decided to roll with it, his curiosity piqued. As he swooped down, he landed gracefully in front of the new cupid, his grin widening.

"Well, well, well," Killian said with a mischievous glint in his eye, "What do we have here?"

Raising an eyebrow, Stanton, the love Cupid, greeted him coolly "Killian. To what do I owe the pleasure of your company?" Despite his polite words, Stanton's posture remained rigid, clearly not welcoming of the dark cupid's presence.

"Oh, just a friendly visit." It seems he's already heard of me. He smirked, his voice dripping with false sweetness, "Your aura... it's so pure, so bright. It's almost painful for my delicate senses." He raised his hand, twirling one finger, and a dark arrow formed out of thin air. "Maybe I can give it a little... twist, shall we say?"

Stanton's expression hardened, his voice growing colder "I warn you, do not meddle with my emotions. I am not some toy for you to play with." Stanton's eyes bore into Killian's, a silent warning that he would not tolerate any interference.

"Ooh, feisty!" Killian chuckled, tapping the tip of his red-fletched arrow against his bottom lip, "But, I assure you, my dear, I don't play with emotions; I create them... And who says I want to play with yours? Perhaps I came to see if you're worth recruiting for my side."

Stanton scoffed, "Your side? You mean the side of darkness and chaos? I think not. My loyalties lie with love and light, not the shadows you dwell in." Stanton crossed his arms, his stance firm, "Besides, I doubt you have the power to sway me, Killian."

"Is that so?" Killian retorted, a hint of amusement in his voice, "Well then, let's see how strong your convictions truly are, shall we?" With a snap of his fingers, he summoned a pair of dark rose-tinted handcuffs, dangling them seductively between two fingers, "Care for a little bet?"

Stanton's jaw tightened, his eyes narrowing as he glared at Killian. "And what sort of bet might that be?" he asked, his voice low and measured. Stanton knew better than to underestimate the dark cupid, but he would never back down from a challenge, especially not from Killian.

"Simple really. If I can prove that even the purest heart has a shade of darkness, you join me. If not, I'll leave you to your fluffy love business." He grinned, tossing the handcuffs into the air, letting them spin hypnotically before catching them again.

Stanton's gaze followed the spinning handcuffs briefly before returning to Killian's smug face. "And how do you propose to prove that?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper. Stanton knew he should refuse, but curiosity and pride kept him rooted to the spot, awaiting Killian's response.

"Easy enough." Killian said smoothly, "One arrow from me, and I'll show you a desire hidden deep within yourself that you didn't know existed." He winked, sending a sinister smile Stanton's way, "Just one tiny prick, and your world will never be the same again."
