Osiris was enjoying a night out, laughing and drinking with friends at the club when Jaxon sauntered in, instantly capturing the attention of every girl in the room. The air shifted as he made his way through the crowd, exuding confidence and charm.

As the night wore on, Jaxon found a spot next to Osiris, joining his friends at the table. Suddenly, one of his pals broke the casual banter, leaning in and asking, "Hey, Jaxon. What's your type?"

Without missing a beat, Jaxon glanced at Osiris and replied, "Right here. He's my type," taking a leisurely sip of his rum. His friends were momentarily speechless, surprised by his boldness. One finally blurted out, "But he's a dude, man!"

Jaxon simply grinned, raising an eyebrow as he leaned back in his seat. "And?"

The group looked at each other, their faces reflecting a mix of amusement and disbelief. It was clear they hadn't seen this coming, but Osiris couldn't help but feel his cheeks flush under the dim lights of the club. He tried to maintain his cool composure, but the unexpected compliment from Jaxon had caught him off guard.

He cleared his throat, trying to think of something clever to say, but all he could muster up was a nervous chuckle. "Well... I mean..." His voice trailed off as he fiddled with his drink, his fingers brushing against the condensation forming on the glass.

Chuckling softly at Osiris' reaction, Jaxon winked playfully before turning to address his friends, "See? Can't argue with good taste." He leaned in closer to Osiris, his hazel eyes sparkling with mischief. "Don't worry, handsome, I won't make a scene if you don't want me to. Just saying, you stand out in this crowd."

Feeling both flustered and intrigued by Jaxon's words, Osiris took a moment to compose himself before responding. He turned towards Jaxon, meeting his gaze with a soft smile. "I appreciate the compliment," he said quietly, his voice barely audible over the music.

He took another sip of his drink, his hand slightly trembling. "And I suppose... if someone makes me feel like you just did, then maybe it wouldn't be such a bad thing to let loose a little bit."

Grinning at Osiris' response, Jaxon leaned even closer, his lips grazing the shell of Osiris' ear. "Is that a challenge, gorgeous?" he asked in a low, husky tone, feeling a thrill of excitement run down his spine. His heart raced as he waited for Osiris' reply, his breath hot against his ear, hoping he hadn't crossed any lines.

Caught off-guard by the proximity, Osiris felt a shiver run down his spine, causing goosebumps to form on his skin. He swallowed hard, his pulse quickening at the intimate contact. "Maybe," he murmured, not quite sure what he was inviting. But there was no denying the warmth spreading throughout his body at Jaxon's nearness.

Shifting uncomfortably in his seat, he decided to push back a little. "But I'm not exactly known for being impulsive," he added, though his voice lacked its usual conviction.

Pulling back slightly, Jaxon gave Osiris a knowing smirk, his gaze lingering on the other man's lips before returning to his eyes. "That just means I get to be the one who shows you how fun it can be," he replied with a playful wink, enjoying the thrill of the chase.

The directness of Jaxon's approach left Osiris slightly disoriented, but also strangely exhilarated. "Oh really?" he responded, his voice laced with curiosity and perhaps a hint of desire. He leaned back in his chair, crossing his arms over his chest in a defensive posture, though his eyes betrayed his interest.

"And what if I end up regretting it?" he asked, though the question sounded more like a challenge than genuine concern.

With a confident grin, Jaxon placed a hand over Osiris' heart. "Trust me, babe, you won't regret a single second," he assured him, his touch warm and firm. His hand lingered for a moment longer before pulling away, leaving a tingling sensation behind as he met Osiris' eyes once again, a silent promise lingering between them.
