Enemies to Lovers

Part 1

Lucy and Tim come into the station bickering back and forth
Lucy: Tim why are you always so annoying?!
Tim: Maybe because you won't shut up!
Grey: okay you two enough.
Lucy rolls her eyes
Tim: I saw that
Lucy focuses her attention onto Grey
Grey: Roll call in ten, go get changed
Lucy and Tim: yes sir
They walk off into the locker rooms to get changed into their uniforms.
5 minutes later they walk into the roll call room and sit down, Lucy sits two rows in front of Tim and sits with Nolan
Tim sits with Lopez and Harper
Grey walks in
Grey: alright, alright, settle down
Bradford and Chen, you two ride together today. Nolan your alone, Lopez and Harper you two ride together. Alright that's it, be safe out there.
Lucy scoffs and goes to get the war bags.
She sits them in the shop as Tim gets in the driver side
They bicker the whole time on patrol, and get called to a few noise complaints and traffic violations.
It's now lunch time and they head to their usual food trucks
Lucy and Tim bicker back and forth at sitting next to Lopez and Harper
Angela whispers to Nyla
Angela: they really dig each other huh?
Nyla: for sure
Angela: wait. I have an idea,
Nyla: what?
Angela: we should make them move in together for a month, to try and stop this fighting
Nyla: perfect
They finish their lunch and head back on the streets
They get called to a few minor calls nothing extravagant
They both finish their shift doing paperwork while Angela and Nyla go to Grey's office
They knock on his door before coming in
Grey: Harper, Lopez, what do you need?
Angela: we have something to ask you
Grey: okay?
Angela: we were thinking that we could make Tim and Lucy move in together for a month to see if it would stop all their bickering.
Grey: that sounds like a great idea. Anything to stop all this fighting.
Angela: thank you sir
Lucy and Tim finish their paperwork and get changed into their plainclothes. They head right to the doors, not talking to each other until Angela and Nyla stop them in their tracks
Tim: what are you doing
Angela: stopping you
Lucy: what?
Angela: you two are going to live together.
Lucy: oh hell no! I'm not living with Tim!
Angela: you don't have a choice, we got Grey to clear on it.
Tim: what?
Angela: Lucy you will be moving into Tim's house tomorrow, you get the day off to move everything in. Enjoy. She says smirking
Tim rolls his eyes
Tim: what now?
Lucy: I'm going home, I want to get away from you as long as I can before I have to live with you for a month
They both walk out the door and get in their cars and head to their places
Lucy walks in her apartment and sits on the couch her head in her hands.
Tamara comes out of her room.
Tamara: Hey, what's wrong?
Lucy: Grey is making me move in with Tim for a month to stop our fighting
Tamara: your moving in with officer Zaddy?
Lucy: don't call him that, and yes
Tamara: are you two finally gonna get together?
Lucy: No! Not in a million years
Lucy walks to her room and goes to sleep

Tim walks into his house, lets Kojo outside and watches a game before going to bed

* The Next Day*
Lucy wakes up by the alarm buzzing in her ear. She rolls out of bed and puts her clothes on, she decides on some leather pants and a white silk shirt before going into her bathroom and putting her hair in a claw clip, with two curled strands of hair hanging perfectly across her jawline.
She heads out into the living room and makes herself some breakfast before dreading the worst part of her day. Calling Tim.
Her phone rings and after a few buzzes he answers
Tim: Hello?
Lucy: come to my apartment you have to help me with my stuff
Tim: I don't have to
Lucy: Tim.
Tim: okay I'm coming
He drives over to her apartment and walks through the door to see Lucy already packing her bags
She puts all the things she is going to need in boxes and puts them on the floor
Tim: Hey
Lucy: Hey.
Can you help??
Tim: oh uh yeah.
Tim's thoughts: she looks beautiful
Wait. Do I have feelings for my ex-boot?
No. Tim don't be crazy
Maybe I do?
No.
*out of his thoughts*
He grabs some of Lucy's boxes and brings them down to his truck and sits them in the back.
He comes back up to see Lucy grabbed the rest of the boxes and was heading downstairs
Lucy sits her boxes in the back of Tim's truck and gets in the passenger seat. Not saying a word to him.
Tim: are you ready?
Lucy: I guess.
Tim starts the truck and they drive off to Tim's house, not saying a single word to each other
