As they arrive to the restaurant a little earlier than Tamara, Lucy and Tim step inside to get a table set up for the three of them
As they sit down they hear the door rustle which happens to be Tamara and they stand up once again to greet her with a long hug from each of them
Tamara: so, why are we here? And why is it just you and Tim?
Lucy: umm that's what we are here to talk about
Lucy takes a seat next to Tim and Tamara sits herself onto the booth in front of them
Tamara gives Lucy a 'sooo?' look and Lucy clears her throat to start speaking
Lucy: Me and Tim are umm... Dating
Tamara shoots up and her eyes are wide
Tamara: YOU AND OFFICER ZADDY ARE DATING??!!?
Tim: Okay, I wanna know what that's supposed to mean
Lucy: Later babe
Tamara: Omg "babe" it's actually real!!!
Lucy: yeah... it's real. Why would I lie to you? She reaches over and gives Tim a short kiss so Tamara won't flip out
Lucy sat next to Tim and his arm hung around her shoulders.
They talk for a while before Lucy feels nauseous again and jumps out if the booth and runs to the bathroom before reaching the toilet and throwing up heavy.
Tamara comes rushing into the bathroom
Tamara: Lucy?
Lucy gags Lucy:yeah? I'm here
Tamara: are you throwing up?
Lucy: yeah
Tamara comes over and sees Lucy leaning across the toilet with her elbows hitting the toilet seat
She ducks down and lays her hand on her back before drawing small circles on her lower back that reminds Lucy of Tim when their at home and she throws up randomly
Tamara: wait.... Luce
Lucy looks at her funny
Lucy: yeah?
Tamara: how long has this been going on?
Lucy: since last week. Why?
Tamara grabs Lucy by the arm and tells Tim they'll be right back before dragging her to the car and Tamara drives to the drug store
Lucy: what are we doing here?
Tamara: Come on I'll show you
They get out of the car and head their way into the drug store
Tamara forces Lucy into the bathroom as Tamara shops down the aisles and finds the wall of pregnancy tests before buying 3 different tests for her to try
She drags herself back over to the bathrooms and walking in with the pregnancy tests in hand
As one lady is walking out she gives Tamara a weird glare at the pregnancy tests obviously thinking they're for her
Tamara carries the tests over to Lucys stall before walking in
Lucy: what are those?
Tamara: what do you think?
Lucy: you really don't think I can right?
Tamara: I would try them just to make sure because the symptoms your giving yells 'pregnancy'
Lucy grabs the texts out of tamaras hands before ripping them open and taking them and walking out to the sinks and lying them onto the counter
She waits 15 minutes for the timer to go off
She looks at Tamara as she flips the first one over
Tamara: Luce....your pregnant..
Lucy starts sobbing her eyes out as Tamara sits her on the floor and hugs her tight
Lucy finally looks up from Tamara and looks her in the eyes
Lucy: I-I'm p-pregnant?
Tamara: yes, Luce, your pregnant, I'm so happy for you
Lucy: what if Tim doesn't want a kid? What if he leaves me? What if I have to raise this kid alone?
Tamara: Luce, look at me
She looks up
Tamara: Stop. Okay? Stop. Tim will freak out when he hears this, you should know by now that he would never leave you. And hasn't he even said these exact words to you
" I thought I'd have some kids with Isabel by now"
Lucy: yeahh...
Tamara: see Lucy, he's gonna be so excited to hear this, trust me, you got it. I'm so happy for you, and IM GONNA BE A BIG SISTER!!
Lucy chuckles
Lucy: okay. Let me wipe my tears and calm down a bit before we go back to Tim
Tamara: Okay. Take your time
Tamara leaves the stall and heads back Tim their seat.
Lucy sits in the stall still shaken, but incredibly happy at what is coming into her life. She's pregnant. With Tim's baby.
With Tamara and Tim
Tamara walks back up to Tim and takes a seat back in her booth
Tim: what happened?
Tamara: oh. Just girl stuff
Tim: oh. Okay.
They start eating and a little after kucy comes back to her seat
Tim: hey. We missed you over here
Lucy smiles and kisses him before she starts eating.
