Jordan nodded and gave him a kiss. "Please be careful, both of you. Lefu is dangerous and I don't want you two getting hurt."

Logan smiled and squeezed her hand. "It'll be okay Darling. I'll be back as soon as I can." He left with Justice, taking Rambo with him while Justice rode his horse. Logan tipped his hat to Jordan and rode off.

Jordan sighed, hearing Zoe cry and closed the door, turning to tend to her daughter. Once Zoe had been fed, changed and put to bed, Jordan went outside to finish some commissions, thinking about what happened. It had been a couple of days, and they'd put Catori to rest yesterday afternoon. Fang had concluded she died of rapid blood loss caused by sharp force trauma.

Everyone in Sandrock was on edge and people were afraid of leaving their homes. The kids were made to stay home out of fear of their safety and were leery of anyone in Sandrock they didn't know. Who could blame them? Jordan couldn't stand Catori, but she'd never purposely harm her. Lefu she could definitely see harming someone.

Jordan couldn't understand though, someone like Lefu being able to come to town and kill Catori without one person seeing him. He stuck out like a sore thumb with blisters. Frowning, Jordan stacked the wooden boards against the side of the house and went to the grinder to begin making Copper screws.

She was about halfway through the commissions when UnSuur came running up to the workshop, looking frantic. Jordan stopped what she was doing and approached the fence. "What's wrong UnSuur?"

UnSuur looked as if he'd seen a ghost. "I know Logan and Justice went to find Lefu but you won't believe what happened."

"I went to the cemetery to pay my respects to Catori and her body is missing. The grave has been dug up and the coffin is empty." UnSuur was trembling and looked pale.

"There's something else too. Something you won't believe in a million years. Inside the coffin, the lid to the coffin had scratch marks on the inside and there was blood in the scratches and a bloody nail was found inside the coffin. It's like she came to life and dug out of the grave Jordan. Now she's missing. I don't mind telling you, I'm scared shitless." UnSuur had never seen anything like it.

Jordan frowned. "How is that possible? She had all those wounds and Fang said she bled to death. What the hell is going on here? Stay here a minute, I want to see if Grace will watch the baby and then you and I are going to go to the cemetery and see what the hell is going on."

UnSuur nodded, assuring her he'd stay here for a minute. Jordan ran across the tracks and headed to the Blue Moon. When inside, Grace was talking to Owen about the menu for tomorrow. Jordan ran up to them and sat on the stool.

"Grace, can you go watch Zoe for a bit? UnSuur and I need to go to the cemetery." Jordan didn't tell her why because she didn't want to start a panic. Jordan felt a knot in the pit of her stomach.

"Sure Jordan, I'll send UnSuur over when I get there." Grace untied her apron and told Owen she'd be back and walked out to go to the workshop and tell UnSuur to go to the Blue Moon.

Owen looked at Jordan. "What's going on Jordan? Don't tell me nothing either because you look scared, and you don't scare easy."

Jordan nodded. "You're right Owen, I don't but this time, I'm terrified."
