Everyone gasped, staring at them as they walked up the steps to the City Hall, looking at Logan, Jordan and Trudy. Logan and Jordan stared in disbelief as they turned to face the crowd.

"Yes, we have recovered and so has someone else you know. Hey, come on up here Arvio." Catori pointed to the crowd and Arvio came walking through the crowd, his head bandaged and as he walked up, he removed the bandages and turned to face everyone.

"HAPPY HALLOWEEN! GOTCHA!" Arvio, Catori and Yan said altogether. Everyone stared at them, too stunned to speak. Then when they thought that was all, they looked to see Wei and Miguel come walking through the crowd, free from jail and Justice was behind them.

Miguel. Wei and Justice came up the steps, each having a grin on their faces. Everyone started yelling and cursing them, demanding to know what was going on. Jordan yelled over the crowd. "Hey everyone, let's calm down. I want to explain what's going on here."

Everyone fell silent as Owen also approached the steps of the City Hall. "I want to thank everyone for participating in my film. It will soon follow my new novel The Sandrock Murders. I am sorry not everyone was informed of this, but we needed genuine reactions from people."

"Around six months ago, I wrote a novel The Sandrock Murders based on everyone here and publishers loved it so much, they showed it to some directors who recently contacted me and told me they'd like to do a movie on it. So, they asked me to make a short film to see how it might look as a movie. So, I've been filming everyone and carrying out the murders in a film, participated by Miguel, Yan, Catori, Owen, Logan, myself and Arvio. All of you were fantastic."

"Again, we're sorry not to inform you but we needed real reactions and as you can see, no one has been harmed in the making of this film. To make up for this, you'll be glad to know that once this movie goes to theaters, they are going to pay all of you for your participation even though you didn't know you were."

"Also, this will put Sandrock on the map because directors liked Sandrock and they want to do more movies from here and all of us will get first dibs on roles in whatever they do and if they don't have that, they will give us jobs working on the sets. Happy Halloween everyone." Everyone cheered and began talking among themselves while Jordan, Logan, Owen, Catori, Yan along with Miguel, Wei and Justice talked about the movie.

"Thanks everyone for participating. You've been great. Now that everyone knows, they can relax knowing there was never any Evil killer. Wei, you were convincing. Catori, it was very creepy the way you would go around town pretending to be a ghost. Yan, even you did a great job." Jordan grinned and looked at Logan.

"You were great too honey." Jordan gave him a kiss and he pulled her close to him.

"Thanks honey. I had fun. I'm glad everyone's not too angry with us." Logan chuckled and looked at Owen. "Those effects Fang came up with to make Catori and Yan look undead were really good." Logan shuddered when he thought of that.

"Yeah, I thought it was real at first when I saw them made up. I had no idea Fang was a special effects kind of guy." Owen chuckled, shaking his head, trying to wrap it around the past month.
