The help

As she sat down in her chair. I knew I had to ask her. The longer we are in each other's presence and not addressing the elephant in the room, is making my anxiety worse.

I sighed and began "Is this about last night?"

"What about last night, Miss Lawes?" She raised an eyebrow at me.

"You know exactly what I mean, Miss." I snapped at her.

"First of all, cut the attitude before I do something about it. Second, yes, I do know what you mean however this meeting isn't about last night." She said coldly.

"I- I'm so sorry Miss Powers. I had no idea about this, I mean, about you working here. I don't want to make you feel uncomfortable or anything." I explained looking down at my lap and began playing with my rings on my fingers.

"I don't feel uncomfortable, I made a decision and I stand by my actions towards you last night. And, for the record, the way your eyes took in every inch of my body told me that you stand by yours too." She said sternly. 

I cleared my throat "So, you don't want to kick me off your course? And yes, Miss, I stand by my actions 100%." I said meekly causing a small smirk to curl up in the corners of my lips.

"What do you mean kick you off the course? No of course not! That would never happen. And good, I said last night that I would see you around and I stand by it. I want to get you know more Allie." She said smoothly running her hands through her hair.

"Really? I would really like to get to know you too Miss Powers." I said excitedly, I need to play it cool though.

"Yes I do but we will start slow. In fact, I need some help and I would like to ask you if you wouldn't mind helping me for an hour everyday. Just sorting paperwork, sorting text books, filling for me, marking grades, things like that?" She asked.

"I would love to help you Miss Powers." I said softly.

This would give us one on one time and it would be great to get to know her outside of our class. She seems to soften up when alone so I need to pull back her layers more.

"Great, then we will start our sessions next Monday at 11:30am, Miss Lawes." She said biting her bottom lip.

I could feel myself blushing so hard at her biting that soft lip.

"I'll see you tomorrow in class Miss Powers." I said as I put my phone in my bag and stood up.

She got up from her seat and walked next to me. I turned the door handle and opened the door slightly but then she pushed the door shut and boxed me in between her arms. She bent down a little so our lips were only a few inches apart. There wasn't too much height difference between us however she was a little taller than me in those heels.

I was looking between her eyes and lips, doing the triangle effect. Lesbians IYKYK. She held strong eye contact and whispered, "I'll see you tomorrow beautiful. Oh and Allie, call my Christina when we aren't in class." I just wanted to kiss her so badly but I needed to wait.

I managed to swallow and smile at her. "Bye Christina." I said barely above a whisper.

I walked out, put my headphones in and began walking home. Oh. My. God. Did she want to kiss me?
