Owen: Our party crasher, was he covered in frostbite?
Carlos: First officer on the scene thought it was rigor.
Owen: Yeah, probably a stowaway. We're right on the flight path. Sometimes those guys ride in the wheel well. Used to get 'em all the time at JFK.
Tommy: He probably dropped when the landing gear came down.
TK: No respiration. No pulse, Cap. I dont need to check the other guy, do I?
Tommy: No, I think we're good.
Judd: You'd think that the one place this crazy of this world might leave you alone would be your own casket, but nope.
Tommy: I'll call this in to the ME's office.
Owen: Hey, guys, lets cover him up before the ME geys here.
Paul: Can you imagine the stones it would take to stow away under a plane?
Marjan: People get displaced by corruption, hunger, violence. They're desperate.
Mateo: Truth. But how did he ever think he was gonna survive this?
Ev: They don't think about it because most of the time the thought of this is better than whatever they were facing.
Owen: Yeah and you'd be surprised. Almost 25% of them do.
Paul: Hold up, look at his hand. How'd his glove slip off like that?
Marjan: A 1,500 foot fall could have something to do with it.
Paul: Nah you don't get scratches like these from a fall.
Ev: So how'd he get 'em then?
Paul: I dont know-- it almost looks like someone was trying to hang onto him.  Someone with a pink fingernail.
Owen: He wasn't alone. Everyone back in the trucks!!
Grace: over radio's. No reports of any other bodies falling from the sky so far today, Captain.
Owen: Victim's ID said jess fron San Pedro Sula, so we need information  on every flight from Honduras that landed in the last half hour. His travelling companion could still be trapped in the wheel well with exposure injuries.
Grace: Okay, you can't fly from Honduras into Austin-Bergstorm.
Owen: Maybe he crossed into Mexico, got on a flight there?
Grace: Let's see. Last flight from Puerto Vallarta touched down two hours ago.
Owen: No, timeline doesn't work.
Grace: Oh, wait, okay, i do see a cargo planethat just got in from Costa Rica, but before that, it made a stop in Honduras.
Owen: Right, whats the information on that?
Grace: We are getting details from Austin air traffic control as we speak. I'll let 'em know your coming, Cap.
Owen: Okay, copy that. Thanks, dispatch.
When we get on the tarmac and locate the plane.
Owen: Hey, Judd, make sure these wheels are chocked. Make sure nobody starts the damn engines.
Judd: On it, Cap.
Owen: Paul, Mateo, you take the front wheel well. Marjan, Ryder, you're with me.
Marjan: Yep.
Ev: Right behind you.
Marjan: Anything Cap?
Ev: Cap?
Owen: I found her!
We manage to get more access to the victim.
Owen: She's unconscious, severely hypothermic.
Marjan: Medical, we need you under the right wing now.
TK: Pulse is weak. She's at 79 degrees, Cap.
Tommy: Wrap her up in a blanket. Start a line.
TK: Cap, where you going with the saline?
Tommy: Gotta warm it up first.
TK: Cap her temperature is dropping to 78. She's going into cardiac arrest. She's too cold. I lost her pulse.
Tommy: Damn it. Push two milligrams of epinephrine. Ryder I need you to hold this- and keep squeezing.
Ev: Yep.
Tommy: Temp check.
For the rest of this scene watch 9-1-1 lonestar S2 E7. After that they have a few small calls but nothing too major. During their next shift.
MRI Technician: He's in bad shape.
Tommy: What about the patient inside the machine?
MRI technician: She's responsive. She's spooked but she's fine.
Owen: Ohhh.
Judd: Hey, y'all can't just turn that damn thing off?
MRI Technician: It's a 7T magnet, strongest on the market. You can't just turn it off. The magnetic has to be quenched.
Mateo: How?
Owen: There should be a safety button in there. That will overheat the magnet and kill it.
MRI Technician: The problem is, we can't access the button. It's on the front of the machine.
Owen: Which I'm assuming is somewhere behind that gurney. Okay tell your staff to step away please. All right, gang, we're gonna have to get in there and get to that button. Anybody who's got metal rods, steel in their body raise their hand.
Everyone puts their hands up apart from Mateo, Ev, Tommy and TK.
Owen: Probie's?
Mateo: Clean as a whistle Cap.
Ev: Me too nothing like that.
Owen: All right you two are coming with me. Cap, you good to go?
Tommy: Still all my original parts.
Owen: And TK, you got any metal in your body I need to know about?
TK: No, sir.
Owen: All right, okay, Lets get the wooden mallets. Get the pressure bags, and we're gonna cover udall these electrical fittings.
Mateo: Wait, what about the metal in our uniforms?
Owen: I was just getting to that.
Ev: I dont like the sound of that.
Victim: Help me, help me.
Owen: We're going to get you down but i need you to save your strength.
Paul: Now thats what I call traveling light.
Marjan: At least they're wearing masks?
Judd: I didn't know about the sc@rs.
Paul: I saw them but didn't ask, maybe I should've.
Tommy: ABC's?
TK: His airways are clear, but I'm hearing a stridor. Possible pneumothorax. Cap, toss me-- ah, nice.
Marjan: Did you see that no look pass. Its like D-Wade and LeBron.
Nancy: Yeah, they're quite the duo.
Tommy: Its crushing his lungs!
Owen: All right, place the bag.
Ev: In!
Owen: All right, Marjan, inflate!
Marjan: Filling her up, Cap.
Owen: Mateo, go help with the gurney. Okay that's good, I can get my hand in to the quench. Listen, when I do this, make sure he doesn't fall. All right here we go!
Mateo: Quench that fool!
Owen: Three, Two, One.
The magnet turns off and the gurney falls TK manages to keep the victim up. He breathes deeply. We get him onto a back board and the rest of the team come rushing in.
Tommy: Devon, can you hear me?
TK: Bilateral chest rise.
Devon: What does that mean?
Tommy: It means your lungs didn't collapse.
Devon: Why does it hurt so much?
Tommy: Because you cracked some ribs.
Devon: But I'm gonna be okay?
Tommy: You might need an MRI to be sure. But probably just not here. Captain Strand will you guys travel him to the ER?
For the rest of this emergent watch 9-1-1 lonestar S2 E7. When Judd and Owen are talking back at the station everyone else is getting on with the chores. The day that TK calls everyone to the station, earlier that morning.
Paul: Babe, TK says can we make it to the firehouse today?
Ev: But its our day off?
Paul: He said there was something he needed to do.
Ev: Okay, we better get ready now its gonna take us at least 45 minutes to get out of this house.
At the station.
TK: Thank you all for coming in on your days off.
Marjan: What is all this about?
TK: This firehouse right now is a high school.
Paul: What?
TK: Nancy told me the other day that Tim.had this theory that this firehouse was a high-school. Firefighters were the jocks the cool kids and paramedics were the needy science geeks, and she was right.
Mateo: Thats not true.
TK: Carlos pointed something out to me last night, since we started doing the 126 hangs at our place how many times have we invited Nancy? How many times did we invite Tim?
Ev: Omg, we are the obnoxious cool kids.
Marjan: But we didn't mean to be.
TK: Thats why I asked you guys here I have a plan, can you guys help me?
All: Yeah we can. What's the plan?
A bit later.
Marjan: Hey girl.
Nancy: Hey. What's this about?
TK: This is about family.
Ev: We've realised how much we've been pushing you out.
Mateo: We haven't really had a conversation with you.
Paul: We haven't invited you to hang with us.
Judd: And overall we've all just been really shitty towards you.
TK: Which is why we knew we had to put this right.
Nancy then notices the ambulance.
Nancy: You guys all came in on your day off to do this?
Marjan: No place we'd rather be.
Ev: We got you.
TK: But we needed you to finish the job.
Judd: Well it didn't seem right that anybody but you would fill on the names, so....
Nancy: On the verge of tears. It looks beautiful. The numbers, are they--
Paul: It's the day of his last call.
TK: The rig will officially have a new name, and Tim will be riding with is on every call.
Nancy: You guys.... This is everything.
Mateo: Just make sure we spelled his name right. I learned that one the hard way.
All: Laugh.
They all go to join Nancy, Nia in Ev's arms.
Nancy: Here we go.
After the ambulance has been painted.
TK: There's one more thing, its super mate notice so feel free to say no but we are having a 126 hang later, would you like to join us?
Nancy: I would really like that.
