I'm back it's been 9 months since I left for
My dance scholarship Alex stopped calling after the first 5 months he also stopped texting me back
Which was good for me I guess I really learned how to be independent and I figured out how to style my hair so it's not puffy
Lydia invited me to dinner with the rest of the family
No sure why we're eating out but considering I have cheer and dance practice today I'll probably only stay for a few minutes
I walk into the restaurant and sit next to Elena

"You promised, you promised me you wouldn't trade me for someone else while I was gone and you did....you kissed me told me you loved me, you stopped calling me I mean I kind of figured but just didn't think you'd actually break your promise" I said tearing up
"Chiquita I didn't-" he tried before I cut him off
" You know what Alex I'm happy for you ... just don't talk to me anymore I need to focus on school and cheer and dance I don't have time for friends anymore" I walk away not looking back as he called after me

After hours of training and practice I finally get home
I figured my dad was downstairs for dinner so I walk to my room
"Alex what the fuck" I throw down my bags to see Alex sitting on my bed
"Your window was unlocked so" Alex said standing up
"That's not an invitation to come in...I told you to stop talking to me" I said, taking out my homework and avoiding eye contact

"Sweet girl I'm-" he said, before I cut him off my pushing him
"Don't fucking call me that... I'm not how I was 9 months ago Alex. How you could just say sorry and I'll pretend to get over it and forgive you. I don't need you anymore Alex I'm not codependent anymore...because you STOPPED CALLING AND TEXTING BACK. GET THE FUCK OUT AND LEAVE ME ALONE" I yelled and pushed him towards my window
"Chiquita I'm really proud of you...and I'll stay away okay I just ....i do love you just not in that way anymore" he said moving my hair behind my ear
"Fuck you..... I hate you. Close my window on your way out" I said pushing him away and sitting at my desk
