Leo's twitching subsided for now. Mikey hadn't realized he'd been holding his breath, not until he let it out. He'd been hoping for his second oldest brother to wake up.

Donnie grabbed a bottle of pills and threw it as hard as he could against the wall. "Dammit Leo!" He cried as the bottle shattered against the wall. Mikey was used to his brother's exotic behavior, and usually he did act quite insane... But this scared him.

Not because of the sudden action, but because after that he slammed his back, his soft shell, up against the wall and slide down it. Wrapping himself up, and grabbing his knees pulling them to his plastron. "Donnie? You alright?" Mikey asked.

That was a stupid question. Of course he wasn't. "No. Mikey I'm not. I want him to wake up so bad... I can feel something's wrong... Leo would call it our twin tuition, but... I don't know. I thought he'd wake up! I was wrong... I just, I miss my older twin." He sighed, and began scratching himself again.

Mikey slowly approached his genius brother. Donnie usually never shows emotion. He's not good at it. Mikey grabbed the hand that was scratching his arm and pulled it away. "Don't do that Dee... Last time you drew blood" Mikey started " And Leo will wake up. He's survived worse" Mikey brought his purple brother into a hug.

Mikey felt Donnie slightly tense at the sudden movement before returning the hug. He could tell that Donnie really wanted Leo back, and you'd think with their rivalry that wouldn't be the case.

Mikey knew how much Donnie actually cared about them. He wasn't good at showing it though. He showed his love for his brothers through gifts, and actions.

Mikey thought back to the jumpsuit, collar, and helmet. Although they were bad gifts, Mikey now understood why Donnie had made them. They had gotten closer over the last two years, since Shredder's defeat.

Donnie had explained, that he'd only tried to help them. He knew that Leo was good at almost everything, training, strategies ect. He'd told Mikey that he'd made the collar to try and fix his one flaw. The jokes.

He'd made the helmet to help Raph make plans before charging into battle like he always did.

And he'd made the jumpsuit to prevent Mikey causing himself injuries with his razzmatazz. Donnie had just tried to help.

He'd realize his mistake though.

The two spent the next minute in that embrace before Donnie tapped him on the shell indicating he'd had enough. Mikey released him without a second thought. "Feeling better?" He asked, Donnie shrugged.

The purple brother stood up and dust himself off. Straightening himself, when Leo started twitching again... More violently, his body arching. It looked like a seizure. "Shit, Mikey get out, I don't need you seeing this" Donnie shouts as he rushed to Leo's side. Mikey was frozen. Leo...

"Mikey go get Raph NOW!" Donnie's panicked voice breaking through the box turtle's trance. Mikey nodded and ran off, shouting Raph's name, right before barrelling into him on a corner.

"Woah, woah Mikey, what's happened?" Raph said, helping Mikey up from the floor.

"It's Leo..." Mikey started, before Raph's eyes widened and he ran off towards the Med bay leaving Mikey behind. Mikey followed, he didn't care about what Donnie had said Leo was his brother he had to be there.

Once Mikey reach the door, he discovered that it was locked! They had locked him out. Donnie was desperate for him to not see.

Mikey decided it was time to call April, she'd left when he was alseep, gone to find her mother, she'd taken Casey Jr with her. They might be needed if something was to happen to Leo.
