Mikey was back at Draxum's, he hadn't really had the chance to practice and was currently getting scolded for it. Draxum was mumbling things that Mikey couldn't hear, not because he wasn't listening.... Okay maybe that, but his focus was elsewhere.

Mikey was thinking about Leo, right before he left Leo had another complication. Mikey wasn't allowed in either way so he came to Barry's.

"Michelanglo" fingers snapped in front of his face "are you listening to me?"

Mikey faced the sheep yokai. No, he wasn't listening, and he didn't really feel like speaking. So, he turned his head away and continued looking out the window.

Mikey hadn't seen his brothers or dad in a week. It wasn't until they shoved his out the room (literally) that he'd seen them for the first time.

Now that he thought of it, he hadn't seen anyone in a while. April was busy helping her mom. Although Mikey knew that her mom could handle herself, he thought that April couldn't handle seeing Leo or any of them currently.

Casey was being shown the pre apocalyptic world, or whatever it was to him by his mother. He'd been enrolled in school and was doing quite well (Donnie must've taught him).

Cass, was just ignoring everyone. She had her own stuff to sort out, Mikey had never been more alone. The lair was practically deserted, it seemed like it was just him.

"MICHELANGELO!" Barry's voice came through the orange turtle's trance.

"Sorry, sorry" Mikey turned to face the alchemist, "It's been hard at home" He stated honestly.

Draxum sighed, "I understand, maybe you should go home-"

"No!" Mikey shouted, "I prefer it here, I actually have someone to talk to. Someone who isn't shutting me out" Mikey glared at the yokai. "I'm staying"

Draxum sighed and gestured for him to follow him to the ritual circle that was drawn previously. Mikey sat in the middle, as Draxum began talking.

Mikey wasn't listening, he just closed his eyes and focused on... on... What? He didn't have a single though that stayed still long enough.

Mikey's tornado of thoughts continued raging, as he felt that similar warmth flood through him, but he wasn't doing anything.

The floor broke away beneath him, and for the first time in two weeks... Mikey was at peace. This void was comforting, reassuring. It felt like a hug.

Mikey stayed like that for a while. Floating at peace, before bursts of pain shot through random part of his body. Each one made Mikey curl up in pain in this floating place.

Eventually the pain subsided once he regained his thoughts, he supposed that's what happens when you don't focus. Instead he focused on how trapped he felt, how alone, not intentionally, he just was.

He felt something wrap around him it wasn't a person but the object was warm enough to appear as a hug. He opened his eyes to see the apartment, chains with an orange glow were tightly wrapped around him.

Barry was looking at him perplexed.

"Michelanglo where did those chains come from?" Mikey looked at the chains and shrugged, he didn't know. He slackened his body focusing on a happier thought, the chains slackened their grip on his body and proceeded to gently float around him.

They didn't fly any further than the end of the ritual circle Mikey was in. He reached out to touch them.

As his hand moved so did the chains. In such a calm and water like way. Mikey was astounded by these chains.
