the three plains

I’ve been at my grandmothers for hours now. She wanted to figure out what powers me and my sister have. Unfortunately for Cassie she really is just an energy source for me. She can gather energy for all of the elements around her. And then with one touch power my own energy up 100 fold. She sees it as something weak but the way I look at it is without her I wouldn’t be as powerful as I can be when she is around. I’ve discovered that I can levitate, transport from one place to another just by thinking about it, shoot fire from the palms of my hand, and move objects with my mind. We both can do the traditional spells that all witches can but we will have to learn about potions and chants so mastering this one will be the hardest. The look of pride is shining brightly in my grandmothers eyes. But I can’t help but ask why my mother ran from her home. “Grandmother, why did our mother leave here? I don’t understand why we were never told of you and how special our family is.” I ask her. “Well when she was pregnant with u and your aunt who has the gift of sight saw you were going to be part of the prophecy she wanted to protect you. She thought if she cut contact with the family she could.” I can truly understand he feelings of wanting to protect her child. But I am disappointed in the fact she didn’t think she guide us into our destiny. I know that sometimes despite what you want, life will come at you in every direction possible until you take notice. And I have no plans of doing anything else but notice.

Being that it’s been a month my stomach now looks as if I’m 3-4 months pregnant. The aunt that has the gift of sight can see perfectly fine inside my womb just by placing her hand on the outside of my stomach. She has reassured me that my little boy Is doing just fine. Since I can’t really practice for battle I work mainly on spells. Sometimes they work sometimes they don’t. But I know it’s important I get these down. All of our lives depend on how well trained and ready for battle I am. I’ve also learned there are 3 plains in this world, with earth being the middle one. My grandmother has told me of other mythical creatures who by nature are extremely peaceful. She is unsure if they will help us and join the battle. The demon plain which is run by Silas and the angelic plain which is run by an angel name Ivy. It is said that years ago they were the first supernatural creatures. They were overs at first and also had full control of all power which made them both basically invincible. They both decided they wanted more creatures but they had to give up part of their power they had in order for that to happen. With each different being they created more power was lost. Silas began to feel as if they were a threat to his status as their maker. He decided then and there that he was done giving his power away. Ivy loved the fact that she could share what was given to her, but could not make any creatures without the help of  Silas by her side. When they parted ways they were both given the last bit of power to share between them which was still a considerable amount. Deciding to never bother the humans they then created different plains to reside on. The day of weakness when they strike is their separation day. My grandmother said the reason we are so powerful is because witches were the first offset of creatures they made. But because Ivy never fully trusted Silas she put in the prophecy to have a way to defeat him if he were to ever threaten the humans whom they were put on the earth to protect in the first place. Besides witches, vampires, and werewolves, there are dragons, mermaids, and leprechauns. I was stunned to find this out. The latter three live in the angelic plain. I want to speak with Ivy. I have decided it’s time they got into this fight. And I believe if we all ban together we can end this war this time around.
