Snape: "Today you will try to use your powers with the Draconifors spell, it transforms the chosen target into a dragon. We'll use dragon statues to make it easier, if you have a visual of the dragon it will help. It's a spell taught in year 3 of transfiguration class. "

O: "Year 3? I just did a whole ritual to be more powerful only to do year 3 magic?"

Snape: "The spell transforms objects into small dragons, around the size of an infant, fitting in your palms, with no potential for violence and breathing fire. Your powers would allow you to turn an object into a bigger dragon, a powerful and threatening one."

O: "How can I do that? How do I make my powers create a bigger dragon?"

Snape: "That's the question, it's yours to find the answer"

I walk towards the first stone statue and stand in front of it, a couple of meters away. I try to clear my mind, concentrate and focus.

O: "Draconifors!"

I move my hand in a slash movement at the statue and a fiery orange color lights from my wand.

The statue turns into a dragon. A small one. I look at it in disappointment.

Snape: "It won't happen on the first try, it takes time. Keep trying."

I take a deep breath and try again. This time I closed my eyes to concentrate harder.

I try again. Another small dragon.

Snape: "Again"

I repeat the process, and another small dragon appears.

Snape: "Concentrate more, again"

We continue this for hours, Snape turning the dragons back into stone statues each time.

Snape: "That's enough for today. We'll meet tomorrow at the same time and place."

I was hurt, disappointed in myself. I expected more of myself. I really didn't understand why I couldn't do it. We spent hours here, night was falling and nothing happened.

We walk back together in silence. It was an awkward silence, none of us said anything the whole way back.

Once back, I went to eat. I was starving. Everyone else was already sitting and heating at the Hogwarts table. I went up to them and sat next to George. I really didn't want them to ask what I had been doing, I lied too many times already.

Hermione: "How was your day?"

O: "Good, good. Did some studying and went to check out the forest"

Ron: "The forbidden forest?"

O: "Yeah"

Hermione: "How come?"

O: "I don't know, I just like to explore nature. The scenery is really different from back home."

I could tell there was something wrong, there was a bit of discomfort.

O: "How about you guys?"

Hermione: "We did some studying too, in the library"

Hermione answered all the questions, that means they were hiding something and she was the smartest one to cover up. But to be honest I don't want to dig in at the moment, I've got too many things to worry about.

George: "I've missed you today"

I smile to him.

O: "I did too"

George: "Maybe we can hang out later?"

O: "Yeah sure, I was just going to chill at the common room, there's not much else we can do anymore anyways"

Umbridge had been a total maniac lately, she made so many useless rules that were a pain to follow. It felt like prison, Hogwarts lost its magic.

Later that evening we were all sitting by the fireplace, our usual spot. Everyone had gone to bed and it was just Harry, Ron Hermione, George and Fred.

Hermione: "How long do you think this will last?"

Harry: "It doesn't look like Dumbledore can do anything against her for the moment"

Hermione: "Then how do we change this? What can we do?"

Harry: "I don't think there's anything we can do"

Ron: "The only way for things to change here is to change the minister, and that's not gonna be bloody easy"

O: "I think something is going to happen that's going to change things"

Harry: "What do you mean?"

O: "I don't know, it just feels like you-know-who is up to something, and it will happen soon. Once that happens, Fudge will have to admit he's wrong, and it will change everything"

Hermione: "How do you know?"

O: "Well it's obvious, there are disappearances, he's up to something, we can all feel it. It's just a matter of time"

Harry and Hermione exchange looks.

Hermione: "You said you had private lessons with Snape."

O: "Something like that yeah"

Harry: "Do you think you could maybe, mention something about it, or try to show interest"

O: "I doubt if Snape knows anything about it he would trust me enough to tell me. He's very smart and cautious"

Hermione: "That's true, he wouldn't risk it with someone who's friends with you Harry."

O: "I'll let you know if he says anything suspicious again, but that hasn't happened since the last time."

They nod and we stop talking about it. There's a moment of silence before we decide to head up to our rooms. The mood was quite down, everyone was a bit worried from what was happening and not ready for what was coming.
