After school Hermione, Neville, the twins and I went to study at the library. While Neville was looking for books, Hermione and I were working on our essays for History of magic. Fred and George also had homework but were instead playing with paper balls and throwing them at people without them noticing. George and I kept meeting eyes. I tried not to look at him but I couldn't help it. Was he becoming a distraction?

Hermione: "I need to find a book I'll be right back"

As Fred goes to pick up more paper George sneakily comes and sits in Hermione's chair. Since I was leaning on the table to write my work he hugs me from my back and rests his head on my shoulder.

George: "how was your day?"

O: "better now"

He smiles. I could tell this genuinely made him happy. He gives me a small kiss on my cheek and I turn to face him. Our faces were close. Do I want to kiss him? Maybe yeah. But this place wasn't romantic and it was too early. I don't want to officialize anything already. Thankfully Fred comes back and breaks the tension between George and I.

Fred: "Blimey George, I leave for one second and you manage to have your hands all over O, you never miss an opportunity do you?"

O: "Are you jealous Fred?"

We laugh and decide to head back to the common room. Because of Umbrdige's curfew we couldn't stay late outside of our house's dormitories. On our way back, we crossed paths with some Slytherins, including Blaise. I hoped he wouldn't talk to me because of the problems with Hermione and Blaise.

Blaise: "Hey O!"

Dammit Blaise. He pulls me apart from my group. He is definitely doing that one purpose to annoy Hermione. Or to annoy George too. It was really hard to tell if our friendship was true or if he was using me to make the Gryffindors jealous. When I have the time I should clarify that with him.

O: "Quickly!"

Blaise: "Rough, how cute."

I roll my eyes

Blaise: "So this weekend we're allowed to go to Hogsmeade, I was thinking you could join us?"

O: "Hogsmeade?"

Blaise: "Yeah the village next to the school, where we can eat, shop and hang out"

O: "Oh, I didn't know"

Blaise: "well? You wanna join us?"

Us probably meant the blonde boy and his slytherin friends. This would make my gryffindor friends rage and not trust me at all. It was really hard being friends with both sides. However, I do have more friends in Gryffindor, and it is my house after all.

O: "I'll think about it and get back to you, okay? Thanks for the offer"

I try to sound as nice and convincing as possible so he would leave me alone.

Blaise: "Sure princess, see you around"

I caught up to my friends that were waiting a bit ahead. There was silence, I knew Hermione wanted to ask what Blaise wanted but was forcing herself not to. So I decided to tell them myself.

O: "So did you guys know about the Hogsmeade trip this weekend?"

Hermione: "Was that what he was telling you about? Did he ask you to go with them?"

O: "Yeah, but I told him I'll think about it. I wanted to see what you guys were doing first"

Hermione: "Oh, well we were gonna go to Honeydukes, it's a pub, if you want to join too."

O: "Oh okay, yeah that would be nice"

Fred: "Or were you hoping for some alone time with George here while everyone is out?"

O: "Oh shut it you"

I glanced over at George, obviously he was blushing.

When we arrived at the common room, it was already late in the evening. I decided to finish reading some books in my room and then go to sleep. The others were already sleeping, but Hermione wasn't here. Now that I notice she hasn't gone up since we came back. I decided to go downstairs to see where she was.

As I approach the common room, I hear some voices. I try to listen:

"...you said you were worried about Umbridge, what's she doing training you to kill half-breeds?"

Harry: "Sirius, she's not letting us use magic at all!"

Sirius? As in Sirius Black?

Sirius: "Well I'm not surprised, the latest intelligence is that Fudge doesn't want you trained in combat"

Ron: "Combat? What, he's thinking we're forming some sort of wizard army?"

Sirius: "That's exactly what he thinks. That Dumbledore is assembling his own forces to take on the ministry. He's becoming more paranoid by the minute. The others wouldn't want me telling you this Harry, but things aren't going at all well with the order. Fudge is blocking the troops at every turn, and these disappearances are just how it started before. Voldemort is on the move."

Harry: "Then what can we do?"

Sirius: "Someone's coming. I'm sorry I can't be of more help. For now, at least, it looks like you're on your own."

I quickly run back to my room as quietly as possible and bury myself under my bed sheets. I had so many questions. What is the order? And the minister thinks that Dumbledore is making an army. Why is he worried about Dumbledore when it's Voldemort the problem. He isn't making any sense, and is wasting precious time. For now I'll go to sleep. I won't ask Hermione what happened, I guess this will be a way to test out if they trust me by telling me what happened.
