Strange

Wow . . . .

Claire's P.O.V. -

Devin has a library! I'm so excited to see it. I wonder how big it is, hopefully it has some good books that I like. When Devin got a bit ahead of me I finally noticed that my vision was blury.

His presence most of made it so I diddnt notice I wasn't wearing my glasses. As I looked around in my pockets, Devin stopped and I number into him. I smiled at him sheepishly and say "I forgot to put my glasses on." He smiled and pulled something out of his pocket, it was my glasses. I gaaped in surprise and grab them from him and put them on.

After putting them on, he looked even more handsome then before. Why is it that I am cursed to have to look at this handsome piece of meat, well he looks at average me. That doesn't seem fair.

We finally arrived at a big set of doors and Devin opened the doors. What I saw was just beautiful, there were no words for it. There were SO many books, it would take me forever just to look around.

When he saw the surprised, and happy look on my face, he smiled happily like he just accomplished something. Was he hoping for this reaction? That would be kinda weird, but I guess you could say I like weird, it gets me more places then normal ever did.

I started walking around and saw one of my favorite books, Palace of Mirrors, by Margaret Peterson Haddix. I picked it up and looked at it. I can't believe he has this book, it was such a good book, I think I might reread it.

I walk over to a table I see and sit down, then I open the book to the first page and start reading.

The book -

Somewhere in the world I have a tiara in a little box. It is not save for me to wear it. It is not save for me to know where it is. It is not save for me even to tell anyone who I really am.

But I know - I have always known.

As I read I notice devin watching me, but ignore him and continue.
