Third person POV: Narrative Form

You gave birth to twin baby girls after 9 months of carrying them. The pregnancy was hell. So many mood swings and very painful experiences.. so many doctor appointments. But... Atsumu was there for all of it. He held your hand through all the painful contractions you would feel "AHHH fuck. Fuck. Atsumu what the hell. This hurts!!" You would say holding his hand with so much grip. He hides his groans and comforts you "Scream it baby.." he would say holding and rubbing your stomach as he kissed your neck "I'm going to die. With your girls in me. I can't walk any more Tsumu. I'm waddling around like an old lady!" You'd complain and Atsumu kisses your forehead. He chuckled "But you look beautiful.. glowing even" he says and you groan as you felt another contraction. Your body changed a lot "Holy shit I can't walk. Babe!!" You would say and call Atsumu to help you up and walk to the bathroom to pee. While pregnant you skin kept glowing, people said and you never really paid too much attention over it.

Atsumu never stopped loving you. He would come home straight after practice. Rub your sore feet and whisper sweet nothings to you and the babies. You felt uncomfortable. But Atsumu made you feel comfortable again. Even confident. He never let anyone or anything get you to hate yourself or the pregnancy. He was there for each step, with love and care.

The birth process was also hell. You planned on trying a natural process which succeeded.... With long hours of wait and pain. You were 4 weeks early to give birth which was normal especially with twins. Atsumu luckily came home from an away game two days before the birth. He rushed both you and the babies to the hospital when you screamed and told him that it might be time. He held your hand through the whole process. Your contractions were painful to the max. You screamed and Atsumu helped you with your breathing "Atsumu. Shut the. Fuck up. With your breathing. This is your fault. FUCKK owwwhhh!!" You'd scream and he stared at you with a blank face but continued to help you through it. When the birth was started to be processed to give birth to baby A, in which you both named Yano. The pushing was hell for you.

You screamed your heart out and lungs out and Atsumu was there guiding you "Push it like it was a poo honey. Come on push. You're doing great. Keep pushing like you're on the toilet babe" he said and you looked at him to stop but you kept the saying in mind which helped. Yano was out after an hour of pushing. The sounds of your baby crying filled the room and you cried with her. Atsumu kissed you and told you he was proud of you. You see the nurses checking in on her and you still feel the excruciating pain of Baby B coming. You cry from the pain "Atsumu!! Why do I have two!! She's hurting me!!" You complain and cry making the nurses and doctor smile at your remark "It'll be worth it by the end my love. I promise. You got this" Atsumu says, kissing your forehead. You watch the doc doing her thing helping your bleeding and controlling it. Your IVs were in and extra blood being drawn in. Your breathing heavies from being tired.

You groan from the contractions from the baby "God damn. God damn! Fuckkk mhmm" you groan holding Atsumu's arm tight. The doctor came next to you and you breathing hard looking at her "From the looks of it Baby B is switching positions. She's ready to pop in a few moments Y/n.." she explains and you groan "Oh shit. Shit. Please baby move faster for mommy so she won't be in Ahh shit pain right now!" You say breathing. Your heart rate escalates then goes back to normal every few minutes. Atsumu stays by your side praising you "You're doing great My love" he said and you groan from the pain. After the doc helped with your bleeding and tissues. Nothing ripped and no bad bleeding. The nurse claps "Alright Y/n ready for Baby B?" She asks and you groan "Please! Ah shit! Shit shit!! Yes. I'm ready let's get out of this hell!! Owhhh mhm" You growled and said as you hold atsumu's arm tighter gripping his skin.
