Calum's POV

I couldn't take my eyes off of her. In her dress she looked perfect. The smile she wore was the brightest I'd ever seen. The way her skin just glowed and her eyes lit up, she was so perfect. I couldn't wait to spend the rest of my life with her.

"We have come here today to bring these two together," I stopped listening to the preacher and watched as she looked down and bit her lip. I could tell nerves were running through her body and all I wanted to do was reach out and grab her hand, but I couldn't because this wasn't our moment. We were separated by Ashton, the preacher, and Harper.

She looked up and I was caught staring. Her smile stretched all the way out. To others it probably just seemed like she was grinning at Harper's vows to Ashton, but I knew it was because I was watching her. She started to actually pay attention, but I couldn't peel my eyes from her. If she looked this good as the maid of honor, I could only imagine what she'd be like as a bride.

I only paid attention when Ashton was talking. I had to support him he was the reason I ended up where I did in my relationship instead of just sleeping around like I had in the beginning of college. When it was finally pronounced for the man to kiss the bride I was so happy, because I'd get to be next to Ana again.

.

"I remember the day Ashton and Harper met." Ana was giving her maid of honor speech first as all eyes were now on her at the reception. "She ran into him; while we were just moving into the apartment across from him and Calum. Ashton made some kind of lame joke, but Harper was quickly falling for him. As they started dating I remember thinking I hadn't seen Harper any happier. Ashton proposed quickly and yet we waited years for the wedding." People chuckled at this point and Ana went on about the loving relationship, "So, Ashton if somehow you ever end up not being this loving person that Harper constantly goes on about, I will find you, and I will retaliate."

The whole room clapped and Harper rolled her eyes at Ana, before Ashton patted my back as a good luck type of thing. I had a huge speech prepared and it was in my back pocket, but when I looked at my best friends I realized I didn't need it.

"Ashton and I met back in Aussie. We were soccer captains for rival schools. I beat him but he came over to me with a big smile and patted me on the back telling me my winning kick was amazing. Note he was the goalie, but the loss was nothing to him. I immediately respected him for that. I remember the day we moved to the states for college. Ashton was a little antsy, because he had younger siblings back home, but I reminded him this was his idea. All the great ones are his. Why was this a great idea? Well in the first 48 hours of us being here, he ran into his soulmate." I reminded the people of some of the great details of their relationship that Ana had already touched on. "I thank you every day for convincing me to do all the things you wanted to do Ashton. If not for you I would not have met the love of my life. You will always be my brother, so Harper keep him safe."

I looked at Ashton and Harper who both were ready to cry and then finally I looked to Ana who was sniffling with watery eyes. I sat back down as we ate dinner and then went to grab Ashton and I a drink.

"That was beautiful Cal." I turned to see Anastasia standing next to me at the bar.

"Thanks love, but not as beautiful as you." She smiled at my cheesy line and ordered two glasses of wine. I got two beers and we walked back together giving Ashton and Harper their drinks before walking off to mingle.

When "Thinking Out Loud" came on I watched the floor for Ashton and Harper to take the floor. They had been working on reenacting the dance from the music video and they nailed it.

"Can I have this next dance?" I asked as 1000 Years by Christina Perri came on. Ana giggled and took my hand beginning to waltz around the floor.

"I can't wait till we're married." Ana smiled and I smiled back.

"I couldn't stop imagining us up there today." I admitted making her bite her lip. "I hardly could take my eyes off of you."

"I noticed." She giggled.

We danced through the night until we saw Ashton and Harper off to their honeymoon. On the way home I laced my fingers through Ana's and I Miss You by Blink 182 came on. I sing along and Ana leaned her head on my shoulder.

"I love it when you sing." I started singing louder on purpose making her laugh.

"I use to play this song when you were in New York." I admitted making me think about the year without her. I never wanted that to happen again. I wanted it to be like this for the rest of our lives. Well and maybe a few little Hoods in the back. I kissed her hand when we got home and realize that she had fallen asleep at some point. I ended up carrying her in the house and laying us down. I went to get changed and I noticed an empty brown bag on her night stand. I shrugged it off and cuddled up to my beautiful fiancé.

"I love you." I whispered kissing her forehead and once again her smiled filled her face something I wouldn't get tired of seeing for the rest of my life.
