You woke up at 5:30 in the morning, you hadn't gotten much sleep the night before. Your nerves were through the roof. Today was your first day at UA High School. Your school uniform had come in two nights ago, and luckily for you, it fit like a glove, and it came with holes in the back.

Because you woke up so much earlier than you usually do, you gave yourself the opportunity to spend more time on your looks today. You washed up like normal, but you also did your hair and mascara -which you hadn't been wearing as often because you weren't typically around others- and made sure you looked (and smelled) perfect. You wanted to make a good first impression. Especially since they were going to witness your quirk almost every single day from now on.

After you finished getting ready, you looked at yourself in the mirror, school uniform and all. You smiled. You felt pretty, and although your nerves were strong, you knew deep down that you had worked for this and that you deserved to go to UA. Most of all, you wanted to make your dad proud.

School started at 7, so in your mind, you needed to be walking in at 6:45. You always liked to be early, it gave you the chance to prepare for anything that may occur. It takes about 20 minutes in total to get to UA by train, and it was 6:05 currently. You decided on popping in your earbuds and going downstairs to get something to eat. You didn't want to be hangry on your first day. You sat down and allowed yourself to relax for a few moments before heading to school.

After you ate, you ran upstairs to grab your backpack, and began to walk out the door before you were stopped by your mother.

"(F/N)." She said, sternly.

You turned around to look at her with an exasperated expression. "What?"

"...Good luck."

Your eyebrows furrowed in shock. That was, by far, the nicest thing she has ever said to you. "Th-thanks..." You mumbled as you turned back toward the front door to leave.

You plugged your earbuds in to your phone and began walking to the train station. The walk went by relatively quick, whether that was from how fast you were walking or just your excitement, you couldn't tell.

Before you knew it, you were at the station, clambering on with the rest of the passengers that were trying to get to their destination. You kept your earbuds in, allowing the music to help calm your nerves. You watched the scenery fly by as you sped towards the next station. Fifteen minutes went by and you were pulling into your stop. You stepped off the train, and took a deep breath.

Okay. First day. You got this. You earned your spot here just like everyone else. You deserve to be here.

You unplugged your earbuds and paused your music, giving yourself the opportunity to take in what was going on around you.

I wonder where my classes are?  Oh god, I hope I don't need help finding them.

And to no ones surprise, you did. You approached the massive building, walking through the gates. You paced the halls trying to find 'Class 1-A' as listed on your schedule. You let out an exasperated sigh, frustrated that you weren't finding your class.
