A few weeks had passed since your first day at UA. You were getting much closer with Mina, Kirishima, Kaminari, and Sero. You and Bakugo however... well... you weren't sure what was going on there. You had tried to extend a friendly hand to him a few times, but that only seemed to make him angrier with you.
You were in your room, as it was dawn, the sun just coming up. You began to get ready for the day, using your tendrils to help you, like always. Your mother hadn't said much to you since she got back from wherever she was. You didn't bother asking. You had a pretty strained relationship, if you could even call it that.
After you got ready, you had a few extra minutes before you had to leave, so you sat down on your bed and picked up your phone. You had a few messages from a group-chat that Mina had created, which had you, her, Denki, Kirishima, and Sero.

You plugged your earbuds in to your phone before placing it in the pocket of your skirt. You began to head downstairs, grabbing a small bite that you could eat on the way to the station. Ever since your mom had gotten back from her mini trip, she wasn't ever up in the mornings, which you liked. You didn't want to deal with her negativity first thing.
Wherever she went, she should go more often.
You grabbed a granola bar and walked out your front door, bobbing your head to your music. Before you knew it, you were at UA, walking up to its large doors, your friends waiting for you.
"Hey, Tanaki!" Kirishima waved.
"Sasha!" Mina shouted, hopping up and down.
"What's up!" Sero called.
"Heyo!" Denki exclaimed.
"Hey guys!" You smiled. You loved having friends, you loved that they waited for you. You felt special. Loved, even.
