15: WHAT'S HAPPENING?

Watching the courtroom full of lies and debates, here I am, eating popcorn and drinking ice coffee while Ms. Guo was being justified. Nakakatawa silang panoorin, everything was followed according to the plan. Walang lugar ang mga gustong magmahal ng kapareho sa mundong to, Risa and Alice. That's forbidden!

After the judges closed the trial, ang kampo ni alice ay nagkakagulo gulo na habang si Risa ay nakatingin lang ng walang expression. Good, Risa. You don't have to feel pity and sorry towards that woman, she's no good to you. You deserve better!

"Madam senator, please!" The woman sounded like Chinese suddenly shouted at Risa, all of us were intrigued by her.

"Yes po, Ms. Guo?" Risa sounds uninterested. Ms. Sheila Guo...

"A-alam po ninyo na inosente ang kapatid ko hindi totoo lahat ng paratang po ninyo sa kanya." Ms. Sheila even stuttered because of crying. Alice was just looking at her sister with no emotion, not gonna lie, chinese eyes are scary, it seems like they could kill you at any moment.

"Ms. Guo, wala pong inosenteng anak ng most wanted criminal. Marami pong evidence ang nagpapatunay na your sister was a part of that." Mariing pahayag ni Risa. I saw how Ms. Sheila clenched her jaw.

"Hindi namin kaano-ano ang demonyong yon. Wala na ang mga magulang namin, yan ang totoo. Kaya kong ibigay sa inyo ang DNA ng kapatid ko para lang patunayan na wala kaming kahit anong bahid ng dugo ni Mr. Duterte." We were speechless, before she could add another words, I cut her already.

"Let's go, Risa. You don't need to clarify yourself to them. They're being defensive and it clearly tells that guilty talaga sila."

"You'll regret this, I swear!" She furiously added. She paused when the police arrived and handcuffed Alice.

She walks closer to her, "Ate will find away, okay? magkakaroon ulit ng isa pang trial at doon sa trial na yon, inosente ka na. Lalaya kayong dalawa ni Xeimen, Can you trust ate?" Alice just nodded her head and smiled, she then hugged by each of them.

Even though she's facing the possibility of life imprisonment, she still manages to laugh. So frustrating!

As the police escorted Alice out of the court, Risa stood directly in their path, locking eyes with Alice as she was led away. Magiiksena pa talaga ang dalawa. Suya.

As they drew closer, I saw tears fall simultaneously from their eyes, yet no words escaped in their lips. Cry lovebirds, saya niyong tignan.

Nakita kong may inabot na bagay si Alice sa kamay ni Risa, hindi ko na nakita pa dahil nakaharang yung bag niya.

When Alice was no longer in our sight, tears began to fall from Risa's eyes, I came for her to offer comfort.

"Tama ba ang ginawa ko, Len?" Her voice barely above whispered.
"You just did what you think is right, Ris. Don't blame yourself." I replied as I caressed her back gently. I hear no response from her at hinayaan ko na lang siya.

"Ms. Leny, phone call po." My secretary called for my attention, I turned to look at her, my eyes filled with curiosity as I reached for it to answer.
