Nicole's pov:

Bill was away on tour and I really missed him. I decided to text him to pass time since class was literally eating me alive.

I frowned at his dry responses but brushed it off as him being busy with band stuff. I put my phone away and continued with my classes. Soon lunch came around and I decided to text him again.

I didn't know what it was but something behind his texts had a venom like tone to it but again I brushed it off and would just text him after school. It was around 6 when I decided to text him again. I saw what happened at one of his interviews and couldn't help but want to check in.

I felt my heart break into a million pieces and set my phone on my bed. Why couldn't I just show and express my love like a normal person..the next day I woke up and got ready for school and saw like 15 messages from Bill.

I was too upset to reply and just continued getting ready. I was in no mood to go to school but I knew if I didn't my mom would kill me. When I finished I saw the time was only 6:00 (I got up around 4 every morning) so I sat on my bed and went on my phone. I noticed a text pop up from bill and groaned. Usually I would be happy to see him text me but after yesterday I wasn't too happy.

I felt bad for my response but It was the truth. I was so heartbroken about yesterday I just couldn't talk to him. I knew this job was stressful but did he have to take it out on me? I sighed and felt like a piece of me had crumbled up and died. I missed bill but what he said really hurt. I wasn't even mad I was just heartbroken. Soon it was 7 and I had to get on the bus. However what I wasn't expecting was during lunch I felt arms wrap around me. I nearly choked on my food and spun around to see bill. I gasped and held him tight. I would be lying if I said I didn't miss him. He rubbed my back and kissed the side of my head.
"I'm so sorry" he mumbled into my shoulder again and again. His cologne filled my senses making me feel at ease and comforted.
"I forgive you..I missed you..I missed you every day you were gone.." I muttered into his neck. He kissed my neck and hugged me tight.
"Wanna make up for lost time?" He asked I smiled and nodded. We got in his car and we drove to my place to watch movies and eat our favorite food.
