I was woken up at 5am to my phone ringing loudly
"Incoming call from James"

"Uh oh"
Rubbing the sleep out my eyes to sit up and answer the call.

"Good morning James." I said, trying not to sound too tired.
"Dianna. You broke the first rule in the first 3 hours" he said and he sounded mad.
"I left you a cute note, and actually it was four hours I left at like 11." I said, trying to save myself.

"I'll let you off with a warning but next time, wake me up, I would have taken you home, or you could have stayed the night." He said, making me wonder what the punishment would have been.

"Can I go back to sleep now." I said, clearly tired.

"Okay I'll see you in at 7:30" James said, and ended the phone call.

Truth was, I just can't sleep through the g night without my teddy's, so staying over wasn't ever an option.

I was sat at my vanity fixing my face like every morning, when James walked through the door.
"Good morning." He said, all cheery, walking into my room.

"Can I see your wardrobe?" He asks, crouching next to me.
"Yeah, it's that door there." I say pointing to the door in the corner of my room, and James wanders over and walks inside.

"How many pares of little shorts to you have?" I hear him call from inside.
I laugh knowing he's probably just seen the four shelves filled with them.
"I want to say it's up in the forty's."

I have a clothes problem, I'm very aware.
Clothes are just how I like to express myself, and my femininity.
Also I like looking hot.

James walks out and comes over to me, getting on one knee to talk to me.

"Can I help pick what you wear?" He asks, looking hopeful.
I know it's a thing for caregivers to pick the littles outfits, especially when the little has a really young mindset but I just never considered that to be something he'd want to do.

"You can "help" but your not picking" I say putting my eyelash curler down.
James looks happy enough with my choice getting up, with me following into my closet.

James was surprisingly good at picking, I expected he'd try make a stereotypical little outfit but he made it very, me.

I did also grab the white hoodie he had given me, just in case.

"No." I said with my arms crossed
"Why ? You sat in it yesterday?" James said waiting for me to get in the car.
"That was for the chicken."

James let out a grown, throwing his head back in frustration.
"Please Dianna, in a few months you won't be able to say we're still new to this and you'll have to sit in the car seat. Because it's the law." He tried to reason.

"Fine." I said throwing my bag into the car.

"Your doctor called me this morning." James said pulling out the parking lot, making me freeze.
"yeah, he said you hadn't been back for a few years so I made you an appointment for Monday afternoon." He said casually.
I hate the doctor, the smell, the sounds, and the general atmosphere set me off.

"No thanks."
"I wasn't asking." James told me, clearly not giving me a say.

"But-"
"No Dianna, your going." He said not even looking at me, as he pulled into the school parking lot.
James hadn't been in a good mood since we left my Apartment apparently.

Walking into home room I saw David wasn't here today and groaned.
"What's wrong Dianna?" Derik asked me.
"No David today." I said sadly, looking at his empty chair.
"Awh nobody to distract you from your homework" he said to me, with fake sympathy.
I rolled my eyes at him and turned back around, resting my head on my hand, already bored.

I was sat with my friends along with James and Derik, in the library, me and Taylor going over the history homework, comparing notes.
"Yeah and he went to a school called mit-" I said reading my notes out, everyone else listening to Taylor and I.
"M.I.T." Derik spoke over me.
"Yeah I know how to spell it, Derik." I said annoyed about him Interrupting.

A few people around us laughed, and James who was beside me looked at me with sympathy while he tried to hold back a laugh.
"What?" I said looking round.
"Stay this innocent sweet girl." Taylor said stroking my hair.
What the heck?

"Hay Dianna" someone from across the library called.
"Oh hey Tommy?" I said waving to him and a group of his friends.
I saw Tommy wave his hand and ask me to come over to him so I popped out my chair heading over, when Taylor stopped me.

"What are you doing?" Taylor asked me confused.
"Going to talk to my friend, don't worry I'll be back in a second." I told her walking around and across the room.

"What's up." I said approaching the group, and sitting on a free seat next to Tommy.
"I wanted to ask if you wanted to go to a frat party with us,they need more cute girls there." He asked.
This wasn't a strange thing, I had been frequenting frat party's with him and David all summer.

"I totally would but I've got my classification now and there's a tone of rules and I'd have to ask permission and he'd probably say no." I told him, slouching back on my chair.

"Since when did subs get rules like that?" He ask clearly bummed about it.
"They don't." I told him trying to get him to catch the hint.

"Your not a sub? He asked, super surprised.
I don't blame him for the shock, I did a very good job at acting like a sub.

"Nope, I'm bound to car seats and sippy cups at the moment." I said, acting disappointed, and "shamefully" shacking my head.
"Never saw that coming." He said in deep thought.
"Who's your caregiver then?" He asked and I pointed to James, who happened to be watching me with the rest of the people at the table.

"The super buff one with the glasses." I said, looking back at Tommy.
"Anyway I gotta go back now so see you in chemistry." I said getting up and heading back to my friends.

"so what did he want?" Toney asked as I sat down.
"Nothing." I said opening my text book back up.
"He asked you to go to a party didn't he?" Toney said raising and eyebrow.

"No..." I said looking at him dead in the eye.
"Okay, yeah he did but I said no so it doesn't matter." I say cracking and slumping back in my chair.

"You said no to a party? You? Dee the party queen said no not a frat party?" Tony said, looking sceptical.
I only rolled my eyes, ignoring Toney, but they landed on James who looked confused.
Then the bell rang and everyone got up packing away, ready to go home.
