Ren's excitement vanished into thin air when he saw Win Xander standing at the door, staring at the two students lying in the cabin while the teacher attended to them.
Win couldn't understand his thought process. Why did he suddenly have the urge to come here, as if something worse was going to happen?
Ren looked at the system, inquiry evident in his golden eyes.
The system could only lower its fluffy head in response. 'He was the only one available...' it admitted reluctantly.
After giving Ren a bruise medicine and interfering with Doctor Yarx's communicator, this was the third time the system used its power without the permission of higher-ups.
The low, childish voice made Ren's heart soften into a puddle of guilt. He shouldn't have shouted at the system. He wanted to hug the little cub and rub the fluffy baby into his embrace.
Before Ren could act on his inner thoughts, Lyra's voices halted everyone in the room.
"Oh, Win is finally here! I thought I wouldn't have you tonight. Though Dorion made me a bit happy, who can compare to you, my darling!"
Win, "..." What?
Ren, "..." What the-? For the first time, Ren almost ended up cursing.
Ren looked at the unconscious Terim and then at two people sticking with each other like love birds.
He hesitated, unsure of what to say, 'Little God, don't tell me she, too, is a male lead's fan.'
The already guilty system hurriedly looked at the data. It didn't want to anger its host again and could only nod its fluffy head.
'She is a fanatic fan of Win because of his outstanding performance in duels against other students. She admires the strong and despises the weak.'
Ren was suddenly impressed by Win. He not only made a pervert like Sabrina fall for him, but he also made others worship him.
Ren once again recited in his heart, 'Never mess with the protagonists of the world.'
Unlike Ren, who was calmly assessing the charms of the male lead, Win's crumpled face looked confused to the core.
Did teacher Lyra mean that she wanted to teach him? Why do her words sound so wrong?
Ignoring the furrowed face of Win, Lyra chuckled as she walked towards Win. Her gentleness, evident in her every gesture.
"Come here, darling. I have prepared a special cabin for you," Lyra cooed, almost forcing Win to enter the cabin placed in the furthest corner.
Taking advantage of the distraction, Ren cautiously got up and walked behind Lyra.
Lyra's heart was about to swell like a balloon with happiness. She managed to get her hands on her special target! There was no one in the academy right now, and she had the freedom to do as she pleased.
Her hands trembled in excitement as she grabbed the strong arm, feeling the muscles underneath her fingers.
Yes! This person could definitely withstand the pain and evolve to a further level! So focused on Win, she didn't notice someone approaching her from behind.
Win's eyes widened as he watched Ren pick up a metal piece and smash it against Lyra's head.
Lyra turned around, disbelief flooding her brown eyes as she stared at Ren, who was now holding a bloody monitor box in his hand.
