On the fourth day, the snacks arrived, and we set them aside in a place where there would be no risk of anyone taking them or animals eating them. Everything was going perfectly. On the penultimate day, my dress arrived and fit just right. It felt like such a magical moment when I wore it. "What would Kanae say?" I wondered. But then, the big day arrived.
