JOE PHILLIPS:
Is there any tea going gaffer?

BERNARD TATE:
Sure, anyone else in the yard?

JOE PHILLIPS:
Sean is in traffic. There's been a collision near Preston, so he's stuck till the traffic gets moving.

BERNARD TATE:
I'm not gonna be around forever. Who do you think seems good to succeed me.

JOE PHILLIPS:
I think that Marcel is a good person to develop but he's not ready yet, he'll own a business one day, as for Jamie he has a business head a bit naive but not so out of line.

BERNARD TATE:
I wish you were my son Joe, you're a safe pair of hands.

JOHN CHAMBERS:
You two a couple then, should i alert Andrea.

BERNARD TATE:
Why are you so critical of my operation?

JOHN CHAMBERS:
Maybe i don't see this place like a family like what you do, we are here to work with people not become bussom buddies.

BERNARD TATE:
I may run the spot, but i hold you all in high esteem.

JOHN CHAMBERS:
Really, because pretty soon we'll be overran by your sons. I come here to work, although Taylors Haulage is becoming engaging.

COLIN HARRINGTON:
It's all Taylors Haulage this and that, shut it, Boycott.

ANDREA TATE:
I've done the invoices for the contracts.

JOHN CHAMBERS:
I think your hubby is on the turn, saying he wants Phillips as a son. You know there's a condition for that.

ANDREA TATE:
Are you always in this mood.

COLIN HARRINGTON:
He has been since his son argued with him, with his wife seeing another man he's pushed him away.

SEBASTIAN DOYLE:
I'm thankful that Tina showed me the routes.

BERNARD TATE:
Why is the logistics manager helping the driver learn routes.

GREG BATTERSBY:
Sebastian is in love.

TINA STANBRIDGE:
Sean's back on the move. He's just phoned in.

COLIN HARRINGTON:
Give it up, you two love each other.

BERNARD TATE:
Didn't fool me for a moment, haha.

ANDREA TATE:
When are you going to tell them.

JOE PHILLIPS:
Tell us what.

BERNARD TATE:
I am in front of the ministry of the apparent breach of driving hours, namely Reynolds and Phillips. They've been spared, but i haven't, and it could mean i lose my transport management licence.

JOHN CHAMBERS:
So what will that mean for us?

BERNARD TATE:
I could go under not being able to run the firm. It could be a suspended charge, but i can't risk

GREG BATTERSBY:
So it's a jump before your pushed type of situation.

BERNARD TATE:
yeah, pretty much. Therefore, I'm aiming for a successor amongst you lot to help Andrea run the business while i go to Wigan to get this sorted.

ANDREA TATE:
Obviously, everyone's wages will go up whether you get chosen or not.

SEBASTIAN DOYLE:
You'll just pick Joseph. He's your pet project

BERNARD TATE:
I'm not in a position to pick, so that's why you lot are going to do it for me, so if you pick wrong, you can't blame me. Case closed, let's get back to work.
