ANDREA TATE:
James, it's very unusual for you not to have eaten your food up. Are you unwell.

JAMIE TATE:
I've got to tell you something, mum, and i don't want you to get mad.

ANDREA TATE:
Go ahead, son.

JAMIE TATE:
Well...

BERNARD TATE:
Man, i could eat a moose. Morning son.

ANDREA TATE:
James was about to tell me something.

BERNARD TATE:
What is it son, you in trouble i won't be mad. I, too, am in trouble with the law and have to go to Wigan.

JAMIE TATE:
It doesn't matter.

MARCEL TATE:
got the jitters, James.

BERNARD TATE:
What does he mean?

JAMIE TATE:
Nothing.

BERNARD TATE:
If any of you are in trouble, i can try to help.

ANDREA TATE:
We aren't here to judge. you're 15 and are prone to mistakes.

JAMIE TATE:
Were Marcel and me a mistake.

BERNARD TATE:
No, and don't you ever think that. I remember i had a stroke in 1965, Andrea nursed me back to health, and we married, went to Barbados, and had you two on a trip to Wolverhampton.

ANDREA TATE:
I always wanted kids. I saw that ambition in Bernard's eyes. Anyway, that Barbados honeymoon was amazing.

BERNARD TATE:
The only thing i disliked was the suggestion by you to stay in Leytonstone.

ANDREA TATE:
I like to explore. Anyway, you didn't want to go to Bolton, Bury, or Oldham markets because you thought you were going to be robbed.

BERNARD TATE:
I don't have a good reputation in Manchester. Anywhere else is fine.

JAMIE TATE:
I'm just feeling a bit unwell.

ANDREA TATE:
go and get some rest, James.

BERNARD TATE:
Somethings not right with that lad, he's hiding something big from us, and i wish he had the guts to say it.

ANDREA TATE:
Maybe if he's hiding something, which i don't think he is, he doesn't want to tell you because he's scared of what you'll say.

BERNARD TATE:
You're saying that I'm hard to talk to. I don't aim to be if i am.

ANDREA TATE:
I know, but sometimes you can be like me on my bad days, and sometimes we see that.

MARCEL TATE:
I think James has a girlfriend,

BERNARD TATE:
Why hasn't he told us?

MARCEL TATE:
I don't see why he hasnt told us, not as if she's pregnant, is she?
