ALBERT KING:
I wish you could come to Canada with me. I've been told there's a bunch of characters there.

DIANE BURTON:
why can't you relocate your family here?

ALBERT KING:
Canada is a goldmine for haulage businesses and the like. Here, you have big Bernie versus wild Willie.

DIANE BURTON:
You're leaving your daughter behind for that.

ALBERT KING:
If you had a business opportunity to make tons of money, would you not take it with both hands.

DIANE BURTON:
Yeah, i just thought you would maybe have bought out the Taylor's or Tates

ALBERT KING:
See, God made a contract with Bernard Tate, stating he can't ever die. As for Taylor, he has as many underwriters and trucks as I've got vascular veins.

DIANE BURTON:
putting it strong, aren't you?

ALBERT KING:
He'd sneak a clause on the sale, like what they do for footballers. At least with Robin Hood or Dick Turpin, you knew what you let yourself in for.

DIANE BURTON:
What do you think of CY ESTATES? Do you think they'll go anywhere.

ALBERT KING:
They'll go bust, Avery plays fast and loose with cash like a schizophrenic gambler, Chelsea is very indecisive, and Finn is always on business trips.

DIANE BURTON:
The great Albert King is against business trips.

ALBERT KING:
I'm not, but drumming up investment is fantastic for a business of any size, but only if you have something to show off. Tell me what the point of the venture is?

DIANE BURTON:
I have no clue.

ALBERT KING:
Neither do i, so if there is a business plan, it is so closely guarded that they'll go bankrupt, and everyone will have to pay back to the HMRC.

DIANE BURTON:
Word on the street, they're doing house developments.

ALBERT KING:
House building is a mugs game. It's profitable, but you make more of a loss when things go wrong. Believe me, i made a foolish mistake when i naively built a house for a couple on Colchester, I became their landlord, and there's not a week that goes by that they're not on the phone.

DIANE BURTON:
Why Colchester of all places?

ALBERT KING:
i was so vivacious and energetic, like Richard Branson. i wanted to help people, and the couple was expecting. I know that I've done wrong by you, Diane, but Emma is the one thing i did get right.

DIANE BURTON:
You weren't a bad husband. We are still married but legally separated. We didn't do too badly with her.

ALBERT KING:
One day, we'll get back together.

DIANE BURTON:
I may reconsider my idea to stay here. Maybe i might join you.
