His nightmare [EDITED]

"Your family will never ever live in peace. I will never let that happen". The lady shouted at him and cried. Until there was blood everywhere. The man standing in front of the lady was covered in blood. The man smirked and ran an axe in his hand.

Agastya woke up patting hard. This was how his day starts everyday. He always wondered, who was the lady and why was she screaming? Who was the man standing? He never got the answers to his questions. They where always left unanswered.

He went straight to the bathroom to get ready for his office. This was his life waking up, getting ready and going to the office. There was nothing special in his life. Unless he cared about the special one.

Vaiga was in the kitchen getting breakfast ready for everyone. She was the eldest daughter in law of the house. So she had more responsibilities than the younger one.

She was keeping the plates on the table when sitara came down the stairs. She was the second daughter in law of the house. The sweet and pampered one."Is everything done? I was going to help you today".She said and looked at the table to see everything set.

Vaiga smiled and said, "Don't worry, you can help to make dinner in the evening".Sitara smiled and nodded her head.

"Go and call everyone. I will come in 5 min". Vaiga said and ran up stairs to get ready and call Agastya. While going towards her room, her gaze fell on the closed room which was opposite to her room. She always felt like someone was there in that room. At night there were noises coming from that room, noises of anklets. She even tried to enter the room but she was stopped by her mother in law telling her never to enter that room. When she asked why, her mother said it has been forbidden to enter that room from Agastya's grandmother and she never told them the reason why.

Vaiga entered her room and saw Agastya fully dressed ready to leave for office. She straight away went to walk in closet to change her clothes. After 15 min she came back and saw him searching something. "What are you looking for?" She asked him while wearing her wrist watch. He glanced at her and said "The file which I kept here." He said and started searching for them in the drawers. "Avyansh took those file to his room this morning. You were sleeping so he didn't wake you up".

Avyansh was agastya's younger brother. Husband of sitaara. Both the brothers work together in Oberoi company. Hearing this agastya was fuming in anger. He never liked someone taking his things without his permission. It didn't matter whether it was his family or someone else. But he never shouted at her. Not in this 3 years of marriage he shouted at her. Even he don't know why."Breakfast is ready. Come down". Vaiga said and left the room. Agastya followed her after few minutes.

After breakfast everyone left for work. Avyansh, Agastya and Vaiga always left together for work. "Who told you to take my file avi?" Agastya asked keeping his focus on road. "Bhaiya, I just wanted to see that file..." He hesitated will saying this. And agastya knew something was wrong.

"Why? Kabhi file nhi dekhi hai kya?" Agastya asked in anger. Avyansh kept quiet knowing that his brother is angry and speaking to him when he is angry is a bad decision. Agastya stops in front of a multi speciality hospital where Vaiga is working as a cardiologist. "Thank you for the ride. Bye ". She took her leave and waved them bye. Avyansh waved back like a small child but agastya being agastya started the car and rode off to his office.

After few hours....

It was lunch time and Agastya called Avyansh in his office. Agastya was staring at Avyansh who was sitting in front of his brother like a scared cat."Tell me, why did you take that file?" He asked and looked dead in his eyes. He gulped and said,"That uhmm.... You were not showing me that file and kept it like a dirty little secret from me. That's why I took that file from your room. But seems like it was nothing. Faltu ka subah utha mai." He said and relaxed on his chair.

Hearing this Agastya banged his hand on table and said "Do you think this is a joke? Do you even know what would have happened if the file was lost? Our company would have lost millions of money." Avyansh flinched in his palce. He was aware of his brother's anger. He quietly sat there and listened to his scoldings.

After 20 min he stopped and took a deep breath and asked "Do you think you have anything to say?" Agastya asked and took a sip of water. " I'm sorry. I will never do this again". Avyansh said with his head hung low. "Good. You can leave now. And one more thing, never take any office related papers from my office or room without my permission."  Avyansh nodded his head like an obedient child.

Avyansh got up from his seat and at the same time Agastya's PA barged in hurry. "Don't you know you should knock the door before you come in?" Agastya shouted at him. But his PA didn't bother about his shouting. He wanted to tell something but he was hesitating. "Speak up."

"Sir actually....." He was nervous to speak to him. He thought only Agastya was in this office but to his bad luck avyansh was also there. He couldn't form words when both the brother's were waiting for him to tell the news. "I said speak up!". Agastya blasted on him. And he said,

" Sir, your father is no more. "
