As the days passed, Taehyung began to change. The quiet, unsure teacher who once stuttered and seemed hesitant during class now stood tall with confidence. His past traumas, which once held him back, started to lose their grip on him, and his confidence grew stronger with each passing day. It wasn’t just because of his own strength, but because of Jungkook's unwavering support.

Jungkook had always been there, silently watching over Taehyung. His presence alone made the entire college more cautious. Even though no one at the school knew of Jungkook’s true identity as a mafia leader, they could sense his authority. There was something about the way he moved, the way he looked at people, that made others respect him—and by extension, Taehyung.

The students, who once whispered behind Taehyung’s back or ignored him, now looked at him with admiration and respect. They saw how he no longer stuttered, how he commanded attention in the classroom. He was no longer the teacher they could push around or gossip about. He had become someone to admire, someone to respect.

One day, during lunch break, a group of students gathered near the cafeteria, talking in hushed tones.

Student 1 (whispering): “Have you noticed how Mr. Kim’s different now? He doesn’t hesitate like he used to.”

Student 2 (nodding): “Yeah, and no one dares to mess with him anymore. I heard it has something to do with that guy… Jungkook.”

Student 3 (lowering their voice): “Jungkook? You mean that guy who’s always around Mr. Kim? He’s scary. No one knows much about him, but everyone’s afraid of him.”

The rumors spread, and while the students didn’t know the full truth about Jungkook’s mafia connections, they felt the power he exuded. And that power reflected back onto Taehyung, making him seem untouchable.

Back in the classroom, Taehyung stood at the front, addressing his students with newfound authority. The way he spoke, the way he held himself—it was clear that he had changed. No longer the hesitant teacher, he was now someone who demanded respect without even asking for it.

As the bell rang and the students started packing up, one of them hesitated before approaching Taehyung.

Student (nervously): “Uh, Mr. Kim… I just wanted to say… we really respect you. You’ve become… different, in a good way.”

Taehyung smiled softly, nodding at the student’s words.

Taehyung (calmly): “Thank you. It means a lot to hear that.”

As the student left, Taehyung’s eyes wandered to the window, where he saw Jungkook waiting for him outside. He couldn’t help but smile, knowing that it was Jungkook’s love and support that had given him the strength to overcome his fears.

Jungkook caught Taehyung’s gaze and smiled back, his eyes soft and full of affection. He wasn’t just the feared mafia leader; he was also Taehyung’s rock, the person who had helped him find his confidence.

And as Taehyung stepped out of the classroom, walking toward Jungkook, he knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, he would face them with his head held high—because with Jungkook by his side, there was nothing he couldn’t overcome.

As the days went on, Taehyung’s confidence continued to grow, and with it, his popularity among the students. Some of them, especially the more daring ones, started to act more playful around him, seeing his calm and composed demeanor as an invitation to be a little bolder. Taehyung, however, remained focused on his role as a teacher, smiling gently at their behavior but not reading too much into it.
