I fell to my knees when Paulie confirmed that Robin was one of the shooters. My brother would never lie and for him to say that...
"W-What the fuck is going on...Paulie is it really true?" I pleaded, hoping that Paulie would actually be wrong.
"(Y/N)...these pirates you've been hanging around with has tricked you. They manipulated you into bringing them back to our island with their intentions to kill Icebarg." Paulie spoke, his back towards me, never giving me eye contact.
"No! Luffy and the others would never do such a thing." I tried defending.
"(Y/N)!" I gasped in shock hearing Paulie shout my name. "I don't know what you pirates are thinking. But shame on you for tricking her into this! How dare you pretend to be her friend and commit this heinous crime. For that, you all need to pay!"
Suddenly I watched Kaku pull out his knife and threw it across Luffy. He purposefully missed and only grazed Luffy's cheek. "Dead or alive, we're going to capture you Straw Hats no matter what."
"Stop it!" I got back up and held onto Kaku's arm. "They didn't do it!"
"Stay out of it (Y/N)!" Paulie shouted again. "Icebarg told us you would be defending the Straw Hats and wants you to no longer be in contact with them. Lucci, take her back to Icebarg."
Lucci started making his way towards me as I backed up and prepared my fighting stance. "No! You're all making a big mistake! I'm telling you Luffy did not do it!"
I was growing increasingly frustrated that no one was listening to me as I prepared my water attacks. I'm willing to fight for the justice of my friends because I know for sure Luffy and the others are innocent. Even if Robin was behind the shooting, there is no way it has to do with Luffy. This mysterious large person with the mask is NOT a Straw Hat.
"Sorry (Y/N) but Icebarg already informed us that you would be stubborn enough to try and fight us." Kaku said as he quickly pulled out another knife and threw it towards me, allowing the hilt to hit my hands. That caused me to lose control of all the water I prepared as it landed on the ground.
"Kya!" My arms were suddenly grabbed and held behind my back by Lucci. He yanked the gourd out of me and held onto it. "Let go of me Lucci!"
"Sorry Princess but this is for your safety. Coo!" Hattori said as Lucci picked me up and threw me over his shoulders. His grip was just as strong as Kaku's that I wasn't able to wiggle myself out of his grasp.
"Put me down!" I shouted but was clearly being ignored by Lucci.
"(Y/N)!" I heard Luffy called out my name at a distance but the sounds of fighting had continued as I was slowly being brought back inside Headquarters.
--------------------------------------------------------
"Fucking put me down already! I'm not going to fight!"
Finally listening to me, Lucci had put me down as we were in the middle of the hallway inside the building. We were a few feet away from Icebarg's room.
"I'm so fucking agitated right now." I said, crossing my arms and glaring at Lucci. "Are you guys seriously sure it was Robin?"
Lucci didn't say anything and only nod his head.
I could feel myself going through a cycle of mixed emotions. From anger, to confusion, to sadness and even a form of betrayal.
I thought Robin was my friend. Why did she do this? Is it as Admiral Aokiji warned? That Robin really is the type to not stick with a group and do whatever she wants? Is she the one that's truly after the Pluton blueprints? Were she just using Luffy and the others and got them involved in this?
