Stalwart (Jane/Ryan) - I am my husband's intern

Ryan dragged himself through the halls of Good Pick. His body was still sore from the previous night, not that he was complaining. He loved it when Jane had his way with him, but his body didn't agree afterwards. 

"Morning Ryan." Pie greeted him enthusiastically. 

"Morning." Ryan smiled at her. 

"I can't wait to help P'Jane. Do you think he let us handle some part of filming?" 

"I don't think so." Ryan shook his head. They were just interns and it was too early to give them important tasks. And secretly Ryan hoped it would stay like this longer. Pie puffed out her cheeks, making him laugh. She was so funny. They arrived at their office where Jane already waited for them. 

"Good morning, P'Jane." Pie greeted him and Ryan followed. It felt so strange to pretend not to know his own life partner. 

"Morning," Jane murmured and Ryan had to bite his lower lip not to burst in a wide smile.

"Today's plan is to visit the clinic and familiarize ourselves with the animal we will be filming," Jane informed them. Ryan's eyes sparked with excitement. He loved animals. They even talked with Jane about adopting a puppy after their wedding. 

"Get ready to leave." Jane looked at them, lingering longer on him. Ryan smiled at his fiance, not caring if Pie saw it. 

"I love animals." Pie gasped.

"Me too. I want to have a little puppy."He answered his friend while still locking eyes with Jane.

"Stop chatting and move it." Jane slipped back into his stern assistant director role, making Ryan's heart beat faster. He was always a stalwart supporter of his handsome fiance and seeing him in command was exciting.
