Artemis pov

It's been a couple of days, I've been playing games each night to build up my Visa but I've only found games with low numbers.

I stood outside of an apartment complex and decided to go in to play the game, With my mask up and hood down, I walked in carefully.

Everyone stares at me as I enter except a man in a white hoodie. I slowly walk to the center of the room and pick up a phone.

"Please, wait until the game commences." The phone rings out and the game countdown starts."There are currently 10 participants."

I tuck the phone in my back pocket and turn around only to meet eyes with the man in the white hoodie and god was he beautiful.

His hair was almost shoulder-length and died blond, but it was his eyes that drew me in, the eyes of a cat, calculating and empty, I feel like he can see into my soul. I quickly look away and find a corner to disappear in.

More people come in and I ignore them as I wait for the game.

"Hey!" I look up and see Karube and Arisu. They start to walk over to me but I glare and shake my head making them stop.

I hear the ring of the game about to commence and I step out of the corner grabbing the man in the white hoodie's attention.

"Difficulty, five of spades." With that, I start stretching, my arms, back, and legs. I crack my knuckles and my neck, then square my shoulders.

The phone rings once more." Game is 'Tag'. Avoid whoever is 'it'."

People start to murmur but I ignore them feeling eyes on the side of my head. I look over to see the cat-like man eyeing me, his eyes no longer empty as he stares at me but filled with something unknown to me.

"Clear condition. Discover and touch the symbol hidden in one of the building's rooms within the time limit. You clear the game when this objective is fulfilled. Time limit, 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, the time bomb hidden in the building will explode. You have a 5 head start." With that people start to run, I wait for everyone to run, and I walk out. The elevators and stairs will probably be crowded so I move to the balcony and start climbing all the way up to the 7th floor. Once there I come face to face with the cat-like man who smirks at me, standing on the railing I move a couple of feet away from him and perch on the railing looking around for any hints and people watching.

I can feel the man's eyes burn into me, for the next 3 minutes until the game starts he doesn't look away.

"The game will now commence, the time limit is 20 minutes." My phone announces from my pocket.

Chishiya pov

She's beautiful, from what I can see, with her fox-shaped eyes that are unique in they're coloring, to her tiny yet curvy build. Her waist is so small, I fear she isn't well fed, but her hips flare out and curve perfectly to a plump and perfectly rounded ass, her breast not too big nor too small. What I would do to hear her voice or see her smile.

I frown, I need to snap out of it. I can't afford a distraction, no matter how much her vanilla scent calls out to me.

I can't pull my eyes away from her, even after the game has started, she is perched on the railing of the building she just climbed up showing me how strong she is. She sits looking as if at any moment she will jump and run away. She came up to the seventh floor and is watching everyone so I know she is smart enough to use everyone else to her advantage.

She flinches when a gunshot echoes through the complex and her body tenses up, she pushes one leg to the side as if getting ready to flee at a moment's notice. I hear the slink of metal scraping to see in her hand there is a ring knife.
