Artemis pov

When I got back to my room I stuck a chair under the door handle of my front door, I took a pillow and a blanket and slept in the bathtub that night, clutching a knife in my hand.

Getting dressed, instead of wearing the bathing suit I dressed in my leather, I strapped all of my knives to my body and braided my long dark curls back.

I look at myself in the mirror and sigh, before moving the chair out of the way and walking out of my room.

I decided to skip breakfast today and go to the roof, I sit on the ledge and lay down, staring up at the sky, from here I can still hear the music playing quietly. I was lying across the ledge for maybe an hour when the door opened and I sat up quickly to see who it was with a blank look spread across my face. LB, An, and Chishiya walk towards me and I lay back once more.

A body quietly sits by my feet and I look to my left to see An and Chishiya staring down at me.

"What?" I ask blankly.

"Aguni is upset with you, he told Niragi to come up with a punishment for you, but we figured you wouldn't want to see him at the moment." An says.

"I will toss him off this fucking roof." I tell her and she sighs.

"Langauge." She tells me and I roll my eyes and sit up.

"What do you want? You all didn't come up here just for that." I tell her and look between the three.

"We think you should talk to Niragi and Kuina, to clear the air. We're all... friends. We shouldn't fight." An speaks up and I shake my head.

"I don't want to talk to them right now." I tell her and she nods.

"Later, then. We will all meet in your room after dinner." Chishiya says and before I can't tell him to fuck off he turns and leaves, and a snarl settles on my face. There's a window in my room I can throw him out of. With my peace disturbed I get up and storm downstairs.

I froze when I reached downstairs, Im not dressed for the pool, and my time on the roof was disturbed, what should I do with the rest of the day?

I could use a drink I think and decide to make my way to the loud bar.

I push through the wet dancing bodies and make my way to the bar, I hold out my hand and the bartender comes over.

"5 shots of tequila and a double shot of whisky over ice." I tell the man and he nods and pours my drinks.

I down the shots, one after another, and then sip on my whisky, I watch people dance and have a good time.

The sun came and went as I walked upstairs to my room, I was tipsy, but my head was clear enough that I could fight if anyone dared attack me.

I stumble into my room only to freeze when I see it's full of people and let out a long sigh.

"Where is your pillow and blanket and why was there a chair by the door?" An calls out.

"I used the chair to lock the door and I slept in my bathtub." I tell her as I collapse on my bed with an arm over my eyes. They let me have my quiet for a moment before Chishiya speaks up.

"You're late, where have you been?" He asks and I Ignore him as I sit up. I look at Niragi who looks at me nervously with a bruised cheek, I roll my eyes and look at Kuina who is chewing on her nails instead of her stick, she looks so nervous and pale.

"I'm sorry." Kuina spits out and I raise a brow." You were right, especially after what happened to you, I just didn't want you to get hurt, god forbid if Aguni-" She stops herself and shakes her head.
