    In the Morning...

         Next morning, all of us were out of the Abyssal Woods and on our way to the town nearby - Ordial. This town was the first town ever that me and Hipsha visited after we left our nest a few years back and we used the town as a way to familiarise ourselves with humanoid culture and way of life, as we were very much inexperienced with that stuff.

Back then, the Town was a lot less populated and was on the verge of conflict with another nearby town known as Hidial — a town which was a lot less well known and a lot smaller than Ordial, but had great military power.

However, it appears that nowadays, the town is at peace and that conflict which at the time felt inescapable never came to pass. I wonder how much truly has changed...

<Dedela>;
"Hey Big Sis? Are you sure this is a good idea..?"

<Leola>;
"After all... We are both Gorgans — won't we be feared in the town?"

Dedela and Leola expressed their worries. I simply threw a gaze back at them and gave them a wide and warm smile.

"Don't worry, they won't. Ordial is known pretty well for its friendliness towards any humanoid race, no matter how monster like they may be."

I replied, before looking away and crossing my arms, putting on a pretty amused expression.

"Believe it or not, back when me and Hipsha came to this town for the first time, we met a Lamia in it who was travelling around and selling special medicine."

I explained a bit, with both Leola and Dedela looking at me with slightly amazed eyes. I will not lie, in that moment, I felt like such a genius and wise individual knowing something like that.

Dreoda and Dala gave me a slight side eye, before exchanging gazes amongst themselves and then looking back onto the road. We were slowly approaching the large gates of the walled town, noticing some guards at the front standing.

The Guards seemingly took a notice of us approaching and immediately began to move towards us, which made me switch to a more serious expression.

"Alright, everyone behave. Ordial has always been a bit strict when it came to letting large groups of people into its walls."

I stated with the others nodding, before I reached inside of my jacket and took out a small card - my identification for being affiliated with the Adventuring Guild. To my memory, a group of 5 people needed to have at least one individual with an identification card from either the Adventuring Guild, Merchant Guild or Mercenary Guild — if no one had one of those, the group would be unpermitted to enter Ordial.

As the Guards walked up to us, our grouped stopped, before the two Guards stopped right infront of us.

<Gate Guard #1>;
"Please show your identifications."

One of the guards stated.

Immediately I extended my right arm out towards the two guards, showing my guild card, which they examined for a bit before backing up and bowing slightly towards us.

<Gate Guard #1>;
"Apologies for the inconvenience Miss Naola. You and your group may proceed."

The guard stated, with me simply giving them a silent nod, before sliding my card back inside my jacket and gesturing to the others to keep moving, before continuing to move myself.

The Guards threw slightly sceptical gazes at Leola and Dedela, clearly thrown off by them being Gorgans, however they did not speak to us any more than needed and simply returned to their positioned locations infront of the gates, as our group entered the Town of Ordial.
