"What the hell was the Captain thinking? Trying to hurt us all.. His own Niece.." I frowned, but I gained nothing but awkward mumbles from the others.
"What?" I furrowed my brow.
Seungmin and Minho both glanced at each other, then at me.
"You really think that's what happened?"
I shifted in my seat.
"Well yeah? Why would I question what Chan said?" I retort.
Changbin then started snickering.
"Because it's Chan..
Up until now he has been super secretive.. Now he tells us something like that so casually.. I don't buy it. How could he expect us to believe him?" He argues back, gaining hums in agreement from the others.
"Well, I believe him.." I stood up, frowning, and Bin shakes his head at me.
"You're insane for trusting him.
I am not taking his word for anything anymore. He is acting sporadically, with no rhyme or reason, dragging us down this reckless path and expecting us to follow like little puppy dogs.. Fuck him. I don't trust him."
I can't believe what I'm hearing.
"You are disloyal, then." I shot at him harshly.
"It's not about being loyal.. It's about understanding how his brain is wired, and let me tell you, he is not acting like our fucking leader. He is blinded by greed and does not give two shits if any of us fall along the way." Changbin stood up and squared up to me, and I just rolled my eyes.
Hyunjin let out a frustrated sigh.
"What good is fighting? Just let whatever happens happen. The Captain isn't going anywhere. I don't understand why Chan got that in his head. If he can't see that then he is truly delusional." He then piped up as he applied some ointment on his burns.
I looked over at Jeongin and he looked deflated.
"Whatever happens, I just don't want anyone to get hurt."
"I know, Innie." I smiled at him, and he just gave me a weary look.
I was about to leave for my room, when suddenly our front door opened, and we all looked to see Y/N walk in behind Chan.
They entered the room, and everyone suddenly started acting awkward.
"Oh, boys.." Y/N whined as she saw the four of us bandaged up.
They all looked like they welcomed her sympathy, but I felt uneasy about it.
There's no way she cares about us after everything we did to her.
"Right, boys.
I have had a discussion with Y/N, and I have decided to allow you all to spend time with her.."
