Gosh I think I've really started dressing nicer.

A watch.

That was a first.

I put on a nice watch. Me. Han jisung.

Who even was I anymore?

A hottie—that's who.

I even straightened my hair and styled it back to reveal my forehead. There was a bit of glitter on my eyelids and tint coloring my lips, matching beautifully with my new earrings and my expensive gifted necklace.

And that giddy smile that decorated my face.

For some reason, I just knew today would be a good day. It's bright outside with clear skies and perfect temperature. This morning, two squirrels came up to my window and I took pictures with them for my Instagram.

Could it get better?

I mean yeah it could because Minho was on his way over.

For another date.

Good thing this time my parents aren't home, otherwise I don't think I would've been able to make an excuse for why I'm dressing up.

If I said I was going on another date, they would probably want to know immediately. Who would be second date worthy for their son?

To be fair, they were still unaware of who my soulmate was. Just like I was still unaware of how to tell them. Could it really be that simple? Minho has been a part of our lives forever.

What if they think it's all too awkward?

What if they see Minho as my big brother? Ew.

What if Minhos parents end up hating me and I-

I shake my head a blink a few times, realizing I had been zoning out at my reflection. A small smile blooms on my lips and I take one last glance at myself before rushing down the stairs toward the door.

After almost tripping down the stairs, I make it to my foyer, clearing my throat before opening the door with a ready smile.

Though my breath quickly hitches when my soulmate comes into view— rather not my soulmate but a huge bouquet of flowers.

My eyes widen in surprise before Minho peeks his head around the flowers with an excited smile, cheekily watching my expression to see how i liked them.

"Y-you got me flowers?" My lips open on their own in shock, my hands reaching out to get the weight out of Minhos hands and holding the bouquet like a baby in my arms.

"Of course. I'm a gentleman sungie, and we're going on a date." Minho smirks, nudging my shoulder as he takes a step inside my home. "Surprise!"

I still stood shocked at the gesture. "Nobody's ever got me flowers before..." I mumble under my breath, following Minho as he walks into the kitchen, acting like he owned the place.

"You should put them in some water, they'll last longer." Minho suggests, pulling out an empty vase from a cabinet and filling it up with water. How did he even know where that vase was? Did he know my house better than me?

"O-okay." I nod and slap the blush off my face, walking over to the older and letting him take the flowers back, opening them up to place them in the vase.

"See. Now you got a reminder of me in your kitchen for the next week." Minho crosses his arms in satisfaction when he turns back to me.

"What will my mom think? Oh gosh she's going to ask to meet my soulmate again." I start to panic once more, thinking about all the questions I was sure to face this evening.
