After narrowly escaping the attack from the Abyssal creature, the Celestial Vanguard limps through the dark expanse. Systems are down, and the crew is exhausted, but Kei presses forward. They've come too far to turn back now.
As they approach the coordinates in the message, the ship's scanners pick up something unusual—a faint energy signature, different from the Abyss, more like... life.
Sora (wide-eyed):
"Commander, you're not going to believe this... It's a human life signal."
Kei's heart skips a beat. She rushes to the console, staring at the readings.
Kei (whispering):
"Teri..."
The ship moves toward the signal, and in the distance, they see it—a floating structure, half-submerged in the void, surrounded by the darkness of the Abyss. It's old, ancient even, but there's a flicker of light emanating from within.
Drake (in disbelief):
"What the hell is that place?"
Kei doesn't answer. She knows. She can feel it in her bones. Teri is there, trapped in the Abyss, waiting for her.
